That was a really fast 32 and a half minutes. The mowing is just so hypnotizing for some reason. Definitely makes it a great game for passing the time.
First time you damaged the ground in a previous video it gave you a tooltip that explained that the act of turning the wheels too suddenly will damage the ground. Imagine you standing on one leg and turning left, that grinding your foot does against the ground is exactly what a wheel will do under the weight of you and the mower. If you soften your turns the wheels don’t twist into the dirt. Honestly I kinda think you could cross the whole property cutting every other strip then loop back to clean it up perfectly.
Well his blade condition is still Good also keep the motor running with full throttle to keep the blades spinning at full speed Just lower the driving speed it doesn't collect it mulches and you have to give it the time to chew on what you feed it
Used to do this for a living, never turn in place, pull up, back up perpendicular to your line, then line it up and go again. You have a narrow deck so do two or three laps around a perimeter and when you hit a tree, make a circle around it each time.
For obstacles like trees and flower beds what we do is circle the obstacles, by circling around them it gives you more room. For turns if you turn too sharply it’ll damage the grass. And when your overloading the engine it’s what causes those patches of grass to remain in the middle of what you mowed, slow er down and boom
@@gaxmexon if you use a weedwacker around the edge and around trees it gives you more space maneuver your mower. I also like to go in a sort of spiral pattern to make it easier cause I’m a little lazy.
On obstacles like trees and benches, we would normally do one or two circles all the way around it our first pass. This will also keep your lines look straight while not missing anything.
Whenever you get the ground damage penalty it's because you're turning the mower too quickly at too high of a speed. The deck will "bend" in a sense and dig into and scalp the ground if it us not set up correctly. Also congrats on 4 million!
I find it hilarious how most of the time he says that “that’s the thumbnail” but it usually never is, it’s nice to see him pull through when he does though,
hey Smii7y i know you're probably wondering on how ur damaging the ground is because you are turning hard while at a bit of a high speed, with any specific lawnmower in the game you might have to do a wide turn instead of the small and tight turns you sometimes do
As a person who does this irl, you Smii7y actually did a very good job if I say so myself. Cutting an outline before cutting the rest is a good choice. And the way you cut around the trees! PERFECT! Also, you can actually damage the ground, I've done it many times. If you turn too sharply, the wheels will twist the dirt, damaging it.
Irl, the professional way is to go around all, if not MOST of the obstacles in the yard by going around them, which gives you a wider area to go around without worrying about messing up your lines, mower, or the obstacle.
I like to take a weed whacker and to the edging once around, then hold it parallel to the ground and give myself some nice distance between the objects and the lawn so when i go through it all with the mower, i have it spaced out
@@pokemonwiz1 that’s another way, but the only string I have breaks way too easily, so I can never do trimming around anything. Just weed eating (weed whacking if you’re not from Louisiana) to get shorter edges
I hope they add a farm house out in the country. I remember mowing the lawn outside my great grandparents house. It was absolutely enormous and it took an hour to mow everything within the fence, and that was just the inner yard. It was very fun though, I could kick the mower into high gear and go really fast because of how big it was. I miss living there
Thats how our property is. Its pretty intense when you absolutely have to have a large mower otherwise it'll take you 5 hours to mow it all. With the bigass zero turn it still takes about an hour and a half to do everything.
Pangaea was a supercontinent that existed during the late Paleozoic and early Mesozoic eras. It assembled from earlier continental units approximately 335 million years ago, and began to break apart about 175 million years ago. In contrast to the present Earth and its distribution of continental mass, Pangaea was centred on the Equator and surrounded by the superocean Panthalassa. @25:50 he literally described the type of video I'd watch, POV of lawn cutting with music playing over the sounds of the mowing. Apartments dont have lawns and sometimes I miss the early morning mow
Smii7y, when it comes to lawns, you have to cut out your trees once you get a decent outline to set yourself up to do one cut. When the grass is thicker in other spots then some you are going to have to cut higher or you are going to have to do half strips instead of full length blend. It may take some time but you'll get it done.
