as a second chef i agree, lets not forget all the cursing its a vary rare day when you dont hear the head chef cursing every other word
So damn true. The yelling never stops in the kitchen!! Especially when the restaurant is packed as hell and the waiter screwing up the order doesn't help as well. I hate and love my job!
I hear my coworkers yelling sometimes in the kitchen, or it's completely silent, and there's absolutely no in between with them, and I don't know why.
@@IcyLemonTeaa lets not forget waiters running food to the wrong table so you have to make a new plate during a lunch rush when we have 20 other orders that need to be done, but i agree i love and hate being a chef

ALL of the conversation was the most realistic for a restaurant staff, from Smii7y's meltdown to Fl0m telling the wait staff to suck him to the two of them making out outside. Even the lack of patience from the customers was legit

The soup part was the best in my opinion, just a full pot with nothing but water and a boiled onion on the table followed by "you guys want a salad? You have salad" while they clearly ordered soup, it was the funniest shit for me

As a prep cook, this is definitely how the culinary industry is (maybe not as bad as forgetting to plate something) but stupid mistakes like overcooking, undercooking, or sometimes even forgetting to put something on a plate. And in this industry, reputation matters a lot.
