Ellie thank you for sharing your story. I'm dealing with anxiety and depression, well now I feel like I'm finally starting to get a handle on it. My anxiety started after burnout at work and then it was Just one thing after another. After one year of therapy, where I researched all the skeletons from the past, my childhood etc. Now i made the biggest change in my life with books about mindfulness and meditation. I meditate every day, and I really recommend it.. I never had a panic attack, im so sorry you went through that, it sounds so scary 😔.. I Just wanted to say you have been my favorite youtuber (are still) during my lowest days, as you said - binge watching youtube, your videos. Sometimes I would watch one of your videos over and over 🙈🙈😂 sorry sounds creepy. You were also an inspiration for me to start doing youtube myself. So thank you Just generally. You are a beautiful person ❤️.

I suffered with them after I had my little boy, every time I would push the pram out of my flat I would have to come in because it would start. It’s unbelievably scary! I’m so glad you are feeling better lovely ❤️ xx
Same happened to me. I was rushed to the ER, I couldn't breathe I literally thought my heart was going to stop!!! My family was completely unsupportive and just thought I was crazy
Hi Ellie bless you x my daugter had school anxiety at secondary school then panic attacks at school. So she worried, I worried. She got through school luckily and at college now. I got diagnosed with anxiety couple years ago ent through a very bad time. Had a bad past from when I was little. Just been through depression with my husband this year he tried to commit suicide beginning of Jan he's OK hes had counselling and I've had to sit up at night worrying and watching over him making a sure he didn't do anything while I was asleep for quite a while.
