I went to the izotope and saw this product, but as with most of the product line, I felt confused. Which product to use for a podcaster? I have Nectar, but should I invest in Ozone, RX or something else? Then theres the issue of editions, essentials to advanced. Here is some free strategic advice for NI as the new owners of this brand. Focus so your customers are faced with easier choices. Otherwise, we default to no choice, which means no purchase at all.
Ozone is for mastering post audio (usually music) rx is more advanced if you have damaged audio ... essential is stripped down version targeted towards budget friendly and you can decide upgrade to advanced later... now where vea stands is literally for somebody who wants simple straight to the point afford plugin for there podcast or show.
Honestly if you have nectar and familiar with it, you dint need vea, save your money.... for someone who's not tech savy but needs cleaning up vea is fore then
@@MikeRussell all your content is helpful mate, I don't know if you take requests, but I'd like to know how to make a zaney, crazy vocal that sounds a bit like a doctor mixed with a clown
Very informative channel, very well spoken and easy to listen to, clever reviews and nice cinematic look. Thanks Mike!

If you have Rx Advanced is there anything gain here? The vocal isolation seems far more capable in Rx, but it has its issues as well.
Not really!
Thanks Mike
You're welcome, glad you found the review helpful!

Nice
Thank you so much, I'm glad you enjoyed the video!
Garbage. Won't mess with any iZotope noise reduction plugins again. Clarity Vx all the way.
The high end iZotope stuff is great so this release is a surprise.
@@MikeRussell I got RX 10 Elements and it's good granted I turn off my AC and there's 0 traffic noises. Basically it's not suitable for my needs.
The clarity feature is super high end no?
