Perfect timing! Just lost a stabilizer jack on my last trip! Had no idea they’d be so easy to replace, so planning on doing it myself. Thanks for the link to the parts!
My 86 Tara was designed so that the scissor jacks were up in the frame rather than hanging below it. Wonder why they did that with these? I eventually lifted my camper a foot and replaced them all with Ark 30" stabilizers. I still mounted them tucked up in the frame though.
I have a 2007 Starcraft 2409 Pop Up Camper that has a broken jack. I can not find what size Stabilizer Jack I need. Would the ones you suggest work for me, or know where I could find what part I need?
We've got you covered! Please take measurements of the frame to ground clearance, and visit colemanpopupparts.com Thanks for watching and writing Laurence!
Can you add those type to a 1997 Coleman Taos? Mine has the spring loaded type, they're not easy for me because I have to get on my knee to let them down and up.
@@popupcamperpro thanks for your response. I have been looking up 12v systems and they have said you need to run an Anderson plug from the starter battery to the camper trailer.

Glad I could help Rebecca. You've got this!
Perfect timing for me, too! Bent a stabilizer jack backing into our driveway after our last trip. Out to replace it now. Thanks!
Glad to help Flight Plan! Great user name BTW.
Thanks for the info. I bought a used camper, it had no sand shoes, for the jacks, I ordered a set of 4 from the link in your video.
Thanks for your business Thomas!
Thanks so much for this! They are doing construction near my house and I destroyed 2 of these on my pop-up😢
I need one..what is the link to order?
Links are in the description for all the versions and sand shoes shown. Thanks for writing!
Can you replace the fold down ones that you pull down and lock on with these I have a 2005 fleetwood sea pine
You can. You may need to add some fabricated mounting plates to the frame is all.

The Tara was a mid eighty’s very large high walled unit. Quite a few systems are a bit different in these units. Thanks for sharing!

You should be able to. Just check the available installation space under the Taos Randy.
@@popupcamperpro Thank you Derek. I'll check it.
I have a black series patron with a broken stabilizer. What can I use to replace that?
We have options! Take a look at colemanpopupparts.com
Do you recommend grease or any other type lubricant on the threads?
Yes! Lithium or an equivalent for routine maintenance Kyle.
@@popupcamperpro thank you!
Lithium grease? That would attract dirt. Do you mean one of the dry lubes?
Is most stabilizer leg universal or do i have to get the right size for my Coleman??
I would recommend an OEM replacement. It's what I sell and personally use.
How do I get them to go back up??
With a jack handle.
I was wondering how a 12v system in a 1991 Jayco eagle or similar is charged?
Hello Dylan! The 12. system is charged when plugged into shore power, or with a 7 pin tow connection by the tow vehicle.
