I was born and raised in the United States, but I have followed the monarchy increasingly for the last four years due to MM & Harry.
I have watched from the outside the heartache ache this couple has brought to the royal family and others.
Overall I feel and realized I have missed out on a beautiful culture.
I now have the utmost admiration for Queen Elizabeth her life sacrifice to her country and around the world, her love for her family, carried out with Godly strength, dignity, and
duty with class unmatchable.
May the Queen rest in peace with her beloved Prince Phillp.

I hate to say this however I am in shock! I too have had things done AND there comes a point when you simply must stop and say "no more." She has had too many different things done and each thing stands out! She knows it too! Too bad. Lesson to me well taken!

He also needs to honor Meghan’s statement (when Archie was born and she found out he would be Earl of Dumbarton) that she did not want her children to have titles? If Archie is too special to be an Earl…then no prince or princess titles either..for both kids. The circumstances of their births also questionable.

@Lisa Mac I totally agree. But there must be a reason why she felt she needed more surgery. I’ve noticed that people who get facelifts always get them redone after a few years , so maybe the effect of the initial surgery fades in time and they feel the need to try to regain the youthful effect. I don’t really know. If I were her , I’d sue the plastic surgeon.
The Queen is Britain. But I stand by King Charles, just cut off the rot to preserve the Monarchy.

As Dutchman, I probably understand "feelings for royalty" better than people from republics, same for understanding the functioning of a constitutional monarch, but still: the Queen was loved and admired by an incredible number of people outside the UK or the Commonwealth. The Western-European monarchies are the truest and most stable democracies in Europe, and probably the whole world, but besides that, the rituals and traditions monarchies have, are just more colourful and admirable than what you see in republics. And I realise that very well, living for more than 25 years in republics because of my job....

Piers, please Louis XIV reigned as long as Queen Victoria if you start counting his reign as starting at his majority in 1651 and his influence on France and the word is enormous from art and architecture to geopolitics.
That being said Queen Elisabeth is one of the greatest if not the greatest monarch of all time and Charles will be a great King, he is in tune with the sentiment of the British nation and is far more capable and resilient than he is ever been given credit for.
