If Urban would run the ball the 2015 team repeats as National Champs in 2016. Gave the ball to Zeke 9 times against Michigan State. That squad was loaded with talent.

That whole gameplan was just wonky. All that read option and pitch option playcalling was awful

the only reason Urban wasn't "successful" at Jacksonville was because his way of coaching isn't allowed any longer. The players run the ship in the NFL (along with the media) and owners bow down to their every want. In other words, coaches can't control their teams like they used to be able to do. His football knowledge had zero to do with "failure" at Jacksonville. He's definitely one of the best coaches in the history of the game.

Not. He ran frown every school he ever coached with excuses. You don’t know him. Yes he was a good coach but that’s about it.

The NFL is totally different scheme as well. He's runs a college spread offense, that won't fly in the NFL. He is knowledgeable, he's a great analyst...but his ways and his scheme don't fit in the pros

Pretending OSU was a 6-7 "team" because they went 6-7 one year with a mediocre interim coach is pretty silly. Urban was a hell of a coach. But lets not pretend he didnt inherit a decade of recruiting violations.

Yep they were 12-1 two years prior. It isn't like the program was in shambles. The 6-7 team also was in every game but the Miami game. They just needed a great coach and QB

let's hear what you say after the NCAA bans harbaugh and meechigan loses scholarship, gets put on probation, and players abandon the program. You better pray to God, allah, the devil, or whomever that you win something this year (even though there will be an asterisk) because, if not, it's going to be a LONG time before it ever happens again.
