7. Have discipline in your life.

@@SiddhaliShree ji i am from agra india my name is yash and i am 22yrs old and i had a glimpse of blissful breathless state in meditation but out of death like fear i came back and felt oneness with every thing, but it all happened due to love of god not meditation i joined meditation along with love but now i am seeking but not reaching anywhere i don't have money to reach acharya yogeesh ji ,i have known him through his old videos ,i want to meet him but there is too much distance from every way

Thank You Acharya Shree Yogeesh and Happy New Year to you all. Please can you spell the Name of the Fibers you talk on 5. Eat healthy with special fibers.
One was Flax seeds, the other was Chia seeds. He also mentioned different nuts like Cashews, Almonds, pecans, and peanuts. I've heard that it's a good idea to soak raw Almonds in water and then remove the skin to get rid of the toxins. Hope this is helpful. 🙏
