I am an Indian from northern India and our belief has always said This. We are spiritual beings and sound I.e the Shabad (this is what we Indians call it) is the music of the spheres. This is what Socrates has said. The Shabad is mentioned in the Guru Granth Sahib endless times. My family practice surat Shabad yoga. They do deep meditation and hear the Shabad. The Shabad then lifts them up into the inner realms. A true master who gives you naam is able to guide you in the inner realms. It’s the universal truth.
Yes the shabad is like the sound of a mosquito/bee yet it carries the OM vibration right through the body to the head.
Is incredible. From the ancestral practices of America, you can feel the language of nature in ancient songs and icaros, and this is what guides meditation. It is an ancient science. beautifull.

Even a person born deaf can feel vibrations and are most likely much more sensitive to all of these vibrations no matter the source or intensity.
As a young child, I always heard music. I could easily relate to Mozart, for he heard the music all the time. As time past, I gained esoteric wisdom to create a direct correspondence with the Universe through deep meditation. The spark of Creation happened, I started whistling first, then chanting, and finally playing the harmonica. By playing the harmonica in synchronicity of my Heart, I've opened my Mind to Hemi-Sync. I've opened all Chakras or Energy centers to the Body and Soul. I've healed myself with musical tones. All practices of sound, tones, and dancing will lead you back to Source. Pay close attention. Maybe you can answer this. I use music and sounds for healing but I’m not sure which is more effective (or if it’s basically the same) I listen with earbuds but I also listen with a speaker (depending on where I am). I keep thinking that the speaker is better because the vibrations can fill the space. But I’ve been told there’s no difference 🤷🏼♀️
@@jazzyjess12 All is Mind. Intuition, Heart, and gut feeling plays an important role in decision making. In my 30s I discovered solfeggio frequencies, especially the Healing tones. Headphones were used initially to establish a binary Hemi-Sync with my brain. Speakers were just effective in a relaxed state. The main thing to focus on, is how you feel during the process. Sound can also influence kinetic energy, stored within all solid matter. This means certain frequencies and resonance can ultimately shift matter.

I'm not sure what you mean by "live life to the fullest"... to some people, that could mean maintaining conscious pure awareness as much as possible, and compassion for the creatures and world around. If you're actually able to do this for real, like the greatest sages, then you could also live large, while still being a benefit to the habitat, instead of creating problems. Most of us, we try, but it's so easy to lose track. Then you keep trying. That's what we can do.
To some other people, though, who don't even realize the difference between their thoughts and awareness, the phrase "live life to the fullest" could mean to eat as many different kinds of gourmet animals as possible, and to burn as much oil as you can afford, to buy whatever you want from far away, to have a bunchvof houses, and to go all over the world - tourists are going to Antarctica in giant ships, to see the ice breaking up, before the ice is gone... and yet, frivolous shipping (including people, on cruise ships) is one of the causes of the ice going away. So, "live life to the fullest" could go either way... It could be of great benefit to the world around you, or it could be like a bear in a grocery store, rampaging in sense gratification, and a trail of destruction without realizing it, for an entire life. That's not spiritual - that's very materialist.

I have been a dedicated musician my whole life, a singer , drummer, percussionist, and guitarist. I have learned throat singing and have explored the didgeridoo as well. I have discovered some very highly charged sonic areas with respect to frequency and timbre and have also explored polycycles and the relationships of converging and diverging rhythmic figures.

@@Nico-PB I haven't posted many of my own recordings and explorations, but I have accumulated alot of material, so maybe it is time for me to introduce it to those who are interested. In the meantime, I would recommend some recordings of Tuvan and Siberian throat singing, which illustrates the 'ghost tone' phenomenon very well. Tibetan throat singing is different, it is an 'octave splitting' technique wherein with a chosen note, the vocalizer allows an additional deeper, warble or vibration, at first it feels like a growl, but you learn to relax into it, and the note jumps DOWN a full octave. There are recordings available online of both of these throat singing techniques. For an example of the extreme intervals I mentioned, it is very common with traditional Bulgarian singing, usually three women only, singing a micro-tone apart at times and effortlessly shifting through intervals of ninths and seconds. Three women sound like about 12 voices because of the extra 'ghost occilations' those chromatics create. For extreme polyrhythm I recommend the Master musicians of Jajouka a tradition that dates back thousands of years in the hills of Morocco. There are recordings available now, but there were no accessible recordings prior to the 80s, because the jajouka culture was so insular and secretive.

Hey, I had a beautiful spiritual awakening in the past&it was preceded by a beautiful melody that played inside my head. I had tricked my body into believing i was spinning in a meditation and all of a sudden a melody started to play inside my head. It sounded like a space frequency mixed with the sound of piano keys. The sound started slow and sped up,imagine pressing two piano keys back and forth slowly and then speed it up until theres no space between each key and it turns into one long single key and the tone continues for a couple seconds before stopping&immediately after I am completely out of my body looking down at myself&in the presence of overwhelming love. It felt like I had love in every sense running through my veins&it was so beautiful-I felt like i was in the presence of something divine like. After it was over it felt like i had died and came back to life. It felt tiresome and draining. My palms were sweaty and I had that sticky feeling&it felt like i went through something,like i just got off an insane rollercoaster,idk.
If theres anyone that had a similar experience where they heard a melody of sorts before a spiritual awakening.
I call it a spiritual awakening because after the experience the only way i could explain it was that and wrote down this whole experience on my computer after this happened because i was so excited at the time and so moved that i had to get my words down.
The melody that i speak of here is a very key thing that i experienced. Im certain there is a connection there.
what you're talking about sounds similar to what people experience after ingesting a substance called DMT. people talk of a sound that increases in frequency and intensity as they are blasted into another dimension.

And yes after this experience it was so moving but it felt like i went through something. Afterwards it took a lot out of me. The only way i could explain how i felt afterwards was that i died and came back to life. I ran to my computer after to transcribe what i experienced bc it was so damn out of the ordinary&i was so certain that i was in the presence of something divine.
