Among all of their records, The Carnival Bizarre has the perfect balance between (true) doom and 70s/stoner influences...simply amazing, i just love that album.

Li ho visti a Milano nel 1996 circa o 97...uno dei piu bei concerti mai visti!! suonarono mi pare al binario zero, che era in zona Farini..un posto piccolissimo .Che dire... Dorrian era veramente un pazzo ed a un certo punto comincia ad avvolgersi il filo del microfono alla gola fingendo di strangolarsi ma fingendo mica tanto mentre suonavano e continuava a ripetere sta cosa per diversi pezzi!ah ah ah! una band grandiosa .Sicuramente meritavano molto ma molto piu successo.Ma forse e giusto cosi....nei meandri e ancor di piu si trova l elite. saluti

This was filmed in Tilburg, NL, in April 2009. It was a great show, and one of the best editions ever put together of the now legendary Roadburn Festival. That year we got to see, along with Cathedral, also Baroness, Zu, Ufomammut, Motorpsycho, Neurosis, and many, many more.
