I have listen to the free course mentioned in this video with my baby when he was around 5 months old. He was waking around 5.30-6 am (too early for me) and several times during the night. Even though I have already been doing most of the things mentioned in the course, knowing I'm on the right track gave me confidence. And I don't even know how, my baby stopped waking up so early, was falling asleep independently and sleeping for 11h in the night with one waking. Thank you, Becca.
@@littlezsleep In your sleep guides online do you navigate how to go about this with a baby who nurses? I have a baby whose 5 months old next week and I’m desperate to break the habit of me nursing until she falls asleep, I only did it when I was desperate to get sleep and I regret it, it’s taking it’s toll
@@yz6836 Hey!! Yes, my courses are for breast and bottle fed babies and have helped tens of thousands of families break the feeding to sleep link and instead teach that feeding is for nourishment!!
Paediatric sleep consultant - are you a paediatrician? If not, using that terminology is incredibly misleading. If you are, my apologies and please state your qualifications. Thank you for your content regardless
@@limiwa it's for the author of this video to explain, but I don't think they are an actual doctor. I stand to be corrected though and my sincere apologies if my presumption is wrong. Medical doctors, including paediatricians, spend many grueling years to obtain their specialties after difficult assessments. I don't really appreciate people using titles that can easily mislead the public into thinking they are a doctor. That's what I was trying to say and it's just my opinion on this public forum. At the same time, the author clearly is trying to help the public and I'm sure they are good at what they do. My intent is not to discourage them from helping many people, like yourself.
Yes to a video on the eat play sleep!
I've never felt more validated and reassured! Thank you! Drowsy but awake is BS!!!!
