Hello Becca ! First of all Thank you for posting such great content every week ❤ I followed your newborn course for my second daughter and she is sleeping so well ! 🤩
But we are having such a hard time with our toddler (about to turn 2.5 years old) : we thought Nap time was impacting night Time because she was napping well but waking 10 Times until 1 or 2pm every night for at Least 3 weeks. We have ben trying now for 10 days your no nap schedule with quiet Time and it has helped night Time so Much ! But days are difficult and she now starts to hit the baby and throwing things on the floor. it starter very suddendly after 1 week of the no nap transition. She Never had such bad behavioural issues before. What do you Think ? Does she still need that nap ? I’m afraid dropping the nap was a big mistake !

Hey Adelie! The no nap transition is HUGE for a child! I think it was right to drop the nap. I would try an even earlier bedtime for a week!

So do you have a video for my 3.5 yo in a bed who turns on his light and sleeps with it on? because he’s scared of monsters. He’ll scream for an hour+ for a parent/nanny. We try turning it off but he keeps turning it back on. He says it’s too dark and is scared.

My baby is 15 months and stopped taking naps at the daycare. I'm so sad. What can I do? I saw your videos for until 10 months old, and now for older babys. How can I sleep training 1 year old baby?
