I noticed the accented notes on the right hand which does the story telling of the piece. I'll have to look through your past lounge videos to find that song which may take a long time, lol. I appreciate if you could single out this song. 😊 I sometimes play piano cover of various songs and hymns on the upright piano at the dinning room at my mom's care home during their meal time. I want to practice and master this piece so I can play it with more feeling and error free of course. I lack practice and am limited to playing in key of C cuz that's my comfort scale. Need to practice that Hanon exercise in all scales!!! And also practice playing basic triads in all scales and inverting them so I can play in other scales. It's my dream job to play lounge piano like you! Lol. I should've practiced more many years ago. A jazz lounge pianist here in Vancouver, Canada advised me to practice all scales and chords but haven't kept it up due to busyness with work. 😧😞

I noticed the accented notes on the right hand which does the story telling of the piece. The accented notes are the techniques you pointed out in the Hanon finger exercise video--makes a lot of difference how the piece sounds, a lot of feelings, colours! Bravo!

No specific reason, (my mom's 93rd bday was last month, would've been nice). I want to hear your interpretation. I'll have to look through your past lounge videos to find that song which may take a long time, lol. I appreciate if you could single out this song. 😊
I sometimes play piano cover of various songs and hymns on the upright piano at the dinning room at my mom's care home during their meal time. I want to practice and master this piece so I can play it with more feeling and error free of course.
I lack practice and am limited to playing in key of C cuz that's my comfort scale. Need to practice that Hanon exercise in all scales!!! And also practice playing basic triads in all scales and inverting them so I can play in other scales. It's my dream job to play lounge piano like you! Lol. I should've practiced more many years ago. A jazz lounge pianist here in Vancouver, Canada advised me to practice all scales and chords but haven't kept it up due to busyness with work. 😧😞
