Description: Like many things in the solar system, Mercury has been observed by humans for thousands of years. It has a connection to our collective psyche (even if it's only what we have projected onto it), and a history of eluding those that try to understand it.
It is the smallest and innermost planet in the Solar System, bearing the full brunt of the Sun's volatile coronal mass ejections. It's orbital eccentricities fooled astronomers and mathematicians for centuries and it has amazed current scientists with it's recently discovered water-ice and organic compounds.
Let's find out all about this temperamental, inferior planet with a voluminous iron core. Thanks for watching.

I am from a part of Australia that has been impacted severely by drought and wildfires. Life at the moment for me and my community is a struggle.
Due to the stress of the ongoing crisis here getting enough sleep and rest has been a challenge. Watching and listening to your playlists has become a daily way for me to not only sleep and rest, but also to calm my mind and maintain a positive attitude at times when I just can't sleep.
Your ability to tell a story, and then get into detail regarding discoveries we humans have made with our space machines is awesome. Your uploads science me off to a place where I can take a break from what daily life here has become.
I just wanted to send you a big THANK YOU! Your video posts are helping people like me get through the daily grind in difficult circumstances. They provide so much more than you intend - and for that I again say 'thank you'!

This channel has won me over. I now spend 1 hour a day, when i come from work and at night, listening to pure asmr magic. I always wanted to know more about planets and space in general. Never took the time. Now i get both! I think i understand the amount of work that goes into these videos and you need to know that this really helps me everyday. A big thanks to you!

I can't get into these guys who intentionally tried to make their voice super ASMR and do the whole scratching the pad thing. The only kind I can really sleep to are the ones who have naturally soft voices and don't realize they're doing ASMR
