what the most i admire to you is your consistency loving yourself. preparing not just delicious but healthy foods, cleanliness to your space, skin care. exercise. time with friends and mostly discipline. is an another form of self love . thumbs up 👍
Thank you for sharing your vlog. I buy sparkling water from the supermarket to drink. It is not as fizzy as most carbonated drinks, it has no added flavour or additives but is very refreshing. I used to make my own soda water but I found it tasted quite "gassy". I hope your machine does a good job.

I'm very sorry, but could you please check on a PC to see if the auto-translation option for Arabic appears?
