Before that could be clarified, the WHO needed to treat it as human to human transmission for safety and should have warned the world in December by directing other countries to do what Taiwan did -- screening passengers from Wuhan AS EARLY AS December 31. If the rest of the world had paid more attention to Taiwan, a small island that is officially recognized as a country by less than 20 nations, we would not be facing a viral massacre. Otherwise I can almost imagine this happening again like 15 years later in and from China. Remember that SARS also came from China. Both are considered bioweapons by some. Maybe another more infectious virus or bacteria next time.

Original China or Real China was the old propaganda of Nationalists/KMT. It ruled Taiwan after 1945 and escaped to Taiwan in 1949. The refugees of Nationalists only composed of 12% Taiwan’s population, but they ruled Taiwan with help of USA in the name of combating communism. After Taiwan became democracy and people are allowed to vote, KMT gains less and less votes each year(don’t forget they ruled Taiwan under one party dictatorship and martial law for almost 40 years. Many people grew up during this era were brainwashed washed, so they vote for KMT until now). The current ruling party is DPP which was founded in Taiwan in late 1980s and it is pro independence. In the year’s election, DPP’s presidential candidate got historically high votes and KMT got historically low votes. About the party votes, pro Taiwan independence parties gained the majority votes. The pro China and “Real China” mentality parties gained less votes. Even New Party which is pro Mainland China and claimed Taiwan’s ROC to be the legitimate China did not gain any seats for the first time since it was founded in 1990s.
