Para EQ before drives? Innnnnnteresting. Love using that GE-7 as a boost, the XTS mod that Uncle Larry assisted with is a simple, but rad pedal that everyone should own.
Thanks for the tour. Very nice!! you mentioned you didn't like your experience with MorningStar, i just got the MC6Pro and ML10X and very impressed so far. What didn't you like about them? I'm using it similarly to how you're using RJM.
LOL! How can you tolerate a pedalboard that's humming or buzzing all the time?! My pedalboard is super quiet and sounds great! I hate buzzing pedalboards and it doesn't impress me at all!!! I already knew that yours will buzz because of the improper power distribution.
Signal chain: Hyperdrive tonex h90 bigsky I'd set up your tonex to be pretty nice rhythm driving, and if you want clean tones roll back ur volume knob. Use your hyperdrive as a lead boost (so more gain, higher tone, more volume to drive the amp, etc.). H90 for modulation/delays in stereo (after the tonex because the tonex is pretty slammed already and the wet stuff will sound weird) and the bigsky to wash it all up in reverb. You can look up tonex patches and try a few, find one you like that has some grit to it. Same with the h90/bigsky, look up some patches and find the ones you like, this should get you most of the way there. Just my 2 cents, id encourage you to experiment and try stuff!
@@fakejauber nice! Also, I love running amps like you do, but I'm always running out of headroom and sounding smaller. All my drives sound like mush. What would you recommend?
Sup nerds
hey. when are we doing yours?
I can’t believe 7 months has passed already
Thanks for taking us along for the fun! It is an honor sir!
My man single handedly keeping Tone Ranger in business lol
Ordered a pedal from Tone Ranger in May and still have not received it. Super frustrating...
This is gonna be HYPE
indeed

Thanks for showin your gear. Going to have to try out the EQ into the drives. I really like what that does there.
I know people love RJM but it sounds like you would really like a gig rig Atom. Gives you all the simplicity of a looper with the midi options.
I wish someone looked at me like Jake Fauber looks at his Electric Guitar Effects Pedals.
Woo wee. Nice board bro!
Love it. *Might I suggest* just for my own delicate sensibilities, the low profile MIDI cables from the fine people at One Control?
NO CARLOS.
Literally perfect

How do you keep your wets from getting too muddy with gain? Mainly delay
so many factors. eq on the guitar, how the amps are set, type of amps i’m using, quality cables and buffers, high end comp overdrives, etc.
What is the algorithms and delay settings for your LVX? Like are you running two different algorithms at once, and are they 1/8 and 1/4 stacked?
Been wondering the same! I can’t seem to match the repeats no matter what subdivision I use (granted…it’s a timeline)
Bro ain’t gonna let me catch my breath first 💨💨💨
Are you still running your wet effects in series? Have you played around with the parallel options?
THIS IS FIRE!
The new rig sounds awesome 🙌
LETS GOOOOO
GET IN

@@eiou12345 the big difference between you and i is that i don’t really care. hahahaha

Let’s give those amps a try 👌🏻

yeeeaaaah bro!!!! Nice!! Brazil here!!!
Hi guys!
Could you please list the components of your board in the description? Thank you
its in there
I only wish that I may learn how to use these tools
I have a mini tone x a H90 and a big sky Mx and a octonaut hyperdrive can you help how to connect these also it’s for my church services

i'm only here to confirm that a penguin is in fact a bird.
Also isn't (mogami) "2319" is the code in Monsters INC for human contact?
@@zachsmith6278I thought that too 😂
I have a Helix floor but it’s to sophisticated for me
Where did you get your custom hinged risers for your Meris pedals
Creation makes a couple of variations apparently. Maybe vertex also!?
Creation!
does jake fauber live in nashville tennessee 👀👀????
currently, no.
@@fakejauber i got a church for you to try out when you do come here
Come to the ville, Jake! I’m loving that penguin.
How do I get the Prickly Pear?? 😭
Ethan's in the middle of transitioning to a new version, so it'll be awhile! stay tuned to tone ranger audio on IG!
Why the switch from big to small tonex?
IK sent these to me so I sold the big boxes haha
