I’m sorry about your mother and cat 🐈⬛ I lost my mother when I was 11 I’m almost 62 now I turn in March your hair is gorgeous I’m growing mine too I have a 6 Year old cat but I had some older ones a couple years ago and I was devastated when they had to be put down well I wish yu well in your healing from such real losses we are all in this together ❤
I really enjoyed this story and Teresa's passion. In is interesting the different paths we take . I can't handle the sourdough requires ,.I tried several times . I make salves and tinctures with all my own herbs ... mostly all fresh herbs and have them naturalized here over the last 47years. There is even a utube weed walk I did showing a few of my herbs on my website . I infuse fresh herbs in olive and coconut oils in my dehyrdrator while drying fresh herbs. or on top of my wood cookstove in winter. You need to keep lid off and the temp around100-105 fora week or so to remove moisture. My salves have never molded . I use100 proof vodka for all my tinctures and if I want to not have alcohol in it, drop it int o hot water and the alcohol will evaporate let it cool and add honey .Vodka and Everclear are made with gmo corn. There are some vodkas made with potato but imported I like100 proof vodka though 80 proof works for leaf.. alcohol extracts more of the medicine than water vinegar or glyceryn . Milk thistle seed is the only herb I read about that will regenerate liver cells Dandelion will slowly cleanse the liver . I use the same method making my dandelion wine. It's a tedious process which is why there is none on the market .I took a 2oz tincture mix on the plane to Ireland to protect my immune system .They only allow 2oz of liquid on a plane .Look into Jiaogulan I got from the late Joe Hollis near Asheville N.C. " Mountain Gardens" Good for immune ,blood pressure regulation, stress relief and Cholesterol reduction ect .I use the tea and tincture and it so easy to grow and it overwinters here , I make a plague tonic developed by Dr Christopher in the30's/40s .It is an apple cider vinegar with horseradish ,cayenne, onion ,garlic ..I add my own citrus too .. I am sharing this one on my page Thank you ladies for a lot of good info

When one is greeted with Shalom Aleichem you respond back with "Aleichem Shalom", unto you peace. Shalom Aleichem is also the name of a traditional Jewish song sung every Sabbath before dinner is served. I imagine you may be familiar with the song. When I was caring for my grandmother in Kentucky before her passing I was going to a Jewish synagogue and when we'd walk home from Sabbath evening services we would sing this song. I pick up for people who can't pick up for themselves. Senior on a budget and families struggling in this economy. I also believe in no waste, so if they don't want say the canned food. I collect it for people who then come to my house and need these items. There is so much food waste, and sadly, not everyone gets assistance from the government. The little I help others make a difference in their lives.
No, do you? Many in Florida built bomb shelters back in the 50's. But only the uber rich have them today. We should have potassium iodide tablets in our preps but beyond that, we are toast.

I heard wrap your garlic in aluminum foil for "cooking" black garlic.... did I hear this incorrectly??
She doesn't as she uses a machine, but other's do. Perhaps she misspoke. Thanks for watching!
She said she put the black garlic in aluminum

Ok. I thought food pantries were for those in need. People who don't have enough money to purchased food and other items. So why would you be going?
To share with others. Anyone who shows up gets whatever they are giving out that day. There are many programs. Varies from state to state.

Does she have what she needs for radiation exposure from nuclear attack? Bomb shelter?
