Well, Kojima's not at Konami anymore, and he's set up his own development studio...Konami on the other hand is diving head first into stupid gambling machines and re-releasing the NES game "The Adventures of Bayou Billy" on the Wii U Virtual Console. I mean, wow.

Here's my theory for the trailer:
The five figures in the sky were the creators of the Earth
The handcuffs that the main character was wearing had advanced technology on it
So maybe the five creators were ready to restart the planet when humanity was too advanced
Wiping out all the cities, towns, everything. And now the main character is the only human left. Or possibly others.
The creators make humanity start from the stone age all over again. Including killing most of the animal population
My theory make sense I guess
Kojima has the same ideas as from PT's: The baby, the creepy and unsettling atmosphere, same actor... he's going with the ideas he had, with a new IP

This game (from what little we know about it from interviews post-E3) sounds like it's going to be really good and as a Metal Gear fan I look forward to it. That being said, after this game he'll probably make the full version of P.T. that everyone wanted with Del Toro (the two still keep in touch) and maybe even Reedus again! Kojima is back and I am excited!
So happy that Kojima's still creating games. Not sure how I feel about the new Kojima Productions logo, though. I guess it'll take some getting used to after so many years with the FOX logo.
Now that i know people were chanting "Hideo! Hideo!" in the crowd, i can clearly hear it. i couldn't before.

heh hope Kojima does not insist they put his name all around (he never did give that narcissist vibe) XD i think its just PR using it so they write it all around ;p And yes the teaser it's interesting, but the studio still dosnt know what engine to use for the game.
From what i read they still test the tech part for it. So it's just early stage of pre production, anything can change atm.
Certainly wouldn't be surprised if Kojima also takes inspiration from Mad Max: Fury Road.

Yeah my only fear is Kojima becomes the next david cage, I feel like he's on that slippery slope. Whoever does the actual mechanics and gameplay of his games though, like mgs5 and P.T, are god damn brilliant people
