Great job Sam . I have restaurant here in Thailand at our Exotic Fishing Thailand resort and was looking for a way to explain to my chefs how to slow cook ribs on the BBQ. This is great . I just love beef ribs and will be eating these just like this tonight :)..

Thank You Chef for the simple & delicious looking way to cook beef ribs on a gas grill. I'll be using a smoke tube when I try it & sweet bbq sauce.

Good job Sam ,.. Another trick is to put a bit of water in your drip trays , and catch all the juices , ..makes good gravy to when finishd ... cheers ..

How hot is 120 degrees Celsius? Translate
120° Celsius = 248 °Fahrenheit that the grill should be and the meat, well you can take it up around 128 Fahrenheit. For it is beef, so you can eat it medium rare, juicy, how ever pork and chicken you want to cook it till its done.
    140 pork ribs and
    160-170 is chicken.

Good question, I'm wondering the same. I suspect he is referring to Celsius considering what looks like he's in Australia 🇦🇺
