I love how enthusiastic everyone is to share their knowledge with each other and learn new things. I hope the enclosure build off is a yearly tradition for a long time to come!!
YAY! They got the incubator finished!! lol. Funny how that's what I focus on. White-sided bull snakes are my favorite as well. Have a 2.2 group of bullsnakes I'm raising up and everyone is either visual or 100% het for white-side. So if you want one next year, I think 1 of my females will finally be old enough. Will have w/s, hypo w/s, and w/s snow.
@@HunterHouck such an amazing shot of the Dekays brown snake (did I spell that correctly? English is not my first language) peeking out of the seashell! I just about died from the cuteness
It's great you're planning to get a kingsnake! I love kingsnakes, worked with a Florida King at the zoo I used to volunteer for, and at the one I work for now we have two Eastern Kingsnakes. My current job doesn't involve actual animal handling, but they're one of the best ambassador snakes in my opinion (not quite as good as the Brazilian Rainbow Boa though), super cool animals! Also: let's be honest. Did you hold an Anaconda, or did the Anaconda hold you, lol?
Thank you for showing us Tiny the anaconda!!!! I love anacondas and I’ve missed seeing Tiny on SD’s channel since he was moved to the zoo. It’s amazing to see how he holds onto people!
I heard you talk about brooks kingsnakes. I’ve had my normal brooks female for a few years but just got her a hypo mosaic male that will be ready this spring. So I’ll have to keep a pair of their offspring. But I think brooks king snakes are underrated.
We Were at Snake Discovery the Saturday B4 the build off. 1st thing out of my Kids Mouth, do you think they have the Incubator Finished, fallowed by, think there's babies.
@@HunterHouck wish NC had a place like that. Used to but the owner was murdered by his wife and his remaining family couldn’t keep it open even though they tried.
I’ll be living vicariously through the build off videos!
We missed you this year! 😭❤️
@@HunterHouck I missed yall! Next year, unless you make the top three!
It was cool meeting you! Good luck!

It’s such a great experience being around so many people who are so excited to share their knowledge. Especially as a young reptile keeper, I love it!
great video man! looking forward to part two!
Thank you!
Looks like a fun time! 🥳
It was so much fun!
I like how no one was being pushy and treated each other as equals despite age or experience level..so refreshing:)
It’s truly a great group of people! :)
good soup
I can't believe it's already been a year since the first enclosure build off! It seems like so much fun!
It’s a great time!
I like how when they were doing the padlocks Dav just sneaks in a tiny spot! Love the wood enclosure!
Haha! Thank you!
Awesome Video, Hunter!! We can't wait for the 2nd part. Great hanging and building and getting to know you both!!
Great hanging out with you, too!
Missed ya this year, Hunter- good luck!!
We missed you, too! Hopefully I’ll see you in year 4 for the championship!

24:52 You can tell Emily's used to working with kids and snakes.. she averted the snake's head from Luke and didn't miss a beat in her sentence
She does such a great job! A natural animal educator.

The infamous incubator🤣
@@radalys A lot of people (including me) thought the Build-off trailer video was a hype trailer about working on the incubator XD
