Don’t let it. Everyone copies everything even call of duty is copy and paste. Everything that is popular is copy and paste it’s just about who does it better based on the individual. This game here has many supporters even over throwing battlefield. A type of gameplay isn’t owned by someone anyone can do it and it just makes sense to use something that is popular it’s a business don’t forget

We need to remember that this is a FREE TO PLAY game from a CHINESE dev team and publisher. The dev team in particular is the same that spearheaded the development of CoD mobile, and the publisher is one that completely delisted the original Delta Force Black Hawk Down from all digital stores upon announcing this game.
Looking at all of this, and the track record of the team behind this, _it is really important_ that we all temper our expectations when it comes to immersion and the game being grounded.
I know what they've said so far, and we have seen the alpha. But give them one (1) year after the game's launch, and we'll see if actions speak louder than words. And looking at this team's past actions... yeah.
The beta was already f2p garbage. Horribly balanced, awful gunplay, awful movement mechanics, awful animations.

This has been my position the entire time as well. It's all well and good for them to say things that sound like what players want to hear, but actions speak louder than words and I have no reason to believe that they won't introduce goofy-ass skins to the game and monetize the shit out of it in general. It might take some time, but I'd wager it's bound to happen eventually.

A free to play game made by Chinese people is something to stay away from. It's probably full of back doors for them to spy on people.
I have my doubts about skins - we already have PewdiePie as an operator, Nicki Minaj isn't a far stretch ;)

Actually no, in a recent interview the developers were questioned about this very thing, they said they are only going to be adding cosmetics that fit the games aesthetic and nothing else.

I already played the game (on mobile) and I can say potentially yes, they already made character skins but still war or merc themed, except for the weapons and stickers/paint
Anything even remotely reminding of 2042 is a red flag from me.
there are only so many ways to make a "Battlefield/war" type of game so naturally its going to be similar, I am a Huge fan of the extraction mode but the Battle mode is still great.
For the first few seconds I was sure the background game-play was BF2042.
I feel like it's both mw and a mix of battlefield 4 and 2042. Mobile looks like bf 4 on early ps4. And that's crazy for mobile. And it looks completely the same at the same time on a ps5 it looks like a mix of warzone and 2024 on other maps.
I mean yeah the UI is pretty identical when you kill someone the skull is exactly the same. It was definitely influenced.

Delta force mobile player here and I must say it's beautifully done. Super optimised and no bugs at all
Because the game is running on UE4 _(I think anyway)_ I feel it'll be ok on Last gen, plenty of amazing looking games running on UE4 on PS4

I see DF as a BF 2042 dlc to keep me going till next BF. So what I'm saying is it's pretty much a BF clone, and I'm ok with that.

They objectively did copy so many aspects, there are awful choices from 2042 that bled into Delta Force too. The ribbon/medal system proves this.
I need to know if they are going to have INPUT BASED matchmaking, as a m&kb player playing against controller players with auto aim lock on ruined COD on PC for me.
I thought the game would be exactly like BF2042 but playing 8 rounds now its not , it has elements of BF2042 but the movement and the way the game plays is nothing like it
Regarding "not much to talk about", I've been receiving weekly instructional Delta Force videos from the publisher. This week for example they published one about the ballistics of 5 different types of 9x19mm ammo in the game. There seems to be quit a bit of depth to the game then was immediately obvious during the PC Alpha. One thing EA did shitty job is they tried to make battlefield mobile but failed miserably. Its an unoptimized dumpster fire made by candy crush devs, shouldve been lead by one of the tencent studios like apexm.
I played on helio G96 delta force mobile ngl it runs pretty great i got hooked up with 60 fps and low graphics. I mean timi isnt playing around with optimization since codm. And yea i use wechat to login but i hate the ping delay for playing chinese server

I have a feeling that this will be better than Battlefield. It's not a hard thing to be better than BF cause BF is awful. But I see there's the ability to see people through walls. I don't like that. And I hope snipers won't be as useless. I'm a Cod fan, but I also don't like those operator bundles and colorful camos. I don't want Fortnite, I want a serious Cod... I too don't want to play vs console players on the PC.

If this game failed, you can laugh, if this game is more successful than batterfield. You automatically become a 🤡. This game will be very popular from my perspective, I tried for 2 days, and it is very fun to play. whatever you think doesn't matter. It will attract large number of players.

Chinese devs team+publisher, f2p game, and taking elements from a failed title (i.e. 2042). It just sounds like a recipe for disaster. I hope I’m wrong.
2042 was a major flop and this is a china copy of 2042. It's going to be a major flop. Two of the major flaws with 2o42 is maps too large and bots.
I don't mind them but when we go from Metal Gear and Spawn to shit like Nikki and other rapers the shit becomes annoying so fast. It's like when Tekken added Negan and Noctis.

One of the main reasons why I stopped playing war zone is because of those stupid skins. I just want a simple modern warfare FPS/Battle Royale type of game with minimalistic customization to weapons, vehicles and players.
Keep playing MW'19, BF4 or World War 3, or you can switch over to hardcore milsim games

Delta Force sounds great but the 2042 haters are wrong... This game is over hyped and plays like a kiddie game... Guns and movement are not very good. Amazing how great they all make it sound... It's OK. not battlefield, never will be. Go Vince and Dice... Battlefield 2025, can't wait.

Bf 2042 was garbage at launch. EA had just dumped pile of shit on us when they released that game. They are just money hungry. They did not even make campaign, which has been amazing in bf franchise.
DF has not even launched yet and it looks and plays amazing.
