    Gua sha is a modality that helps restore health to the body, especially chronic conditions. It also can help a body release chronic pain and injury - I experience it all the time in my own body as well as in my clients . I use it along with my deep tissue massage for best results .
    Hi everyone! Let me introduce myself I am a certified Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, and former Pro Athlete that is conquering Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue. I experienced many many injuries as an athlete, and now can use that knowledge to help others. I was tutored by an amazing massage therapist and want to share some of these techniques with others. I know how hard it is to find a good therapist that can help you get exactly what you want out of a massage.
    I was a successful Spartan Athlete because I knew how to tap into the power of the mind to acheive athletic goals. After a really stressful period, I developed these conditions and my professional career ended abruptly. I spent 2 years in the depths of depression, severe Chronic Fatigue, and Fibromyalgia. I know that it was past trauma that got me into that mess, and know that by using the power of my mind that I can heal. I will never give up searching for ways to be in complete remission - I can't and I won't.
    Sometimes I feel like giving up
    But i Just Can't
    It isn't in my blood.
    I've learned so much through my formal and informal education on these subjects, and I want to share it all and help others through their hard times. Feel free to PM me.

      Jodi Ana hi Jodi! I think it’s a great tool- but if you are going to spend $100 on something I would get a couple Gua sha tools way before that one. It is more versatile and more effective.

    Orthotics have helped me with stabilizing hyper mobile ankles and a moderate bunion; however I'm doing a 3 week dance intensive and looking for a practice every few days to help with recovery that might help with recovery and also prevent injury. I'm wondering if you would recommend the bar for my legs and IT band as I do think tightness in these areas might affect my feet and lower leg health? Thanks so much! Xo

      hi Ashley. Yes! for sure! I think this would be great for you to do. There are college athletic teams here in Utah that have this done post workout and they can really tell that it helps with their recovery. I would check out the calves and feet video if you haven't already. Let me know how it goes!

      Sedona yes yes yes! Remember pain=fascial adhesions. You can watch my videos and figure it out there. I also have a program with online tutorials that I just launched a couple of months ago if you want to check it out.

    I have a lot of tightness on my mid back. Which tool can I use?

    • @Zionsedgemassage
      @Zionsedgemassage  4 роки тому +1

      It's going to be hard to reach your own back, so I would look up a gua sha therapist in the area!. For other spots one of the smaller tools will be easier to hold for your upper body, and you can use the bar for your lower body.
