We had a lovely evening cooking veg momos and momos chutney at home, It was super delicious, Kids loved the momos. I also made chilli momos/chili momos and that's my favourite.

I love momos...when I used to be in mumbai, post marriage shifted to mira road , where I used to have momos a lot and before moving to Canada, last few days before moving here , I went to this small place with my daughter and we had a lot of momos...bahut yaadein taaza kar di aapne momos banake...hope to meet you one day...

sweta shukla if u have idli stand use that or simply put the momos in hot boiling water the way we do besan ke gatte , for filling u can use only ginger garlic paneer carrot it will also taste yumm

Hi Suchi, another awesum vlog by you..love it. I totally agree aaj kal especially afternun India ki bahut jyda yaad aati hai emotional n happy feeling. But still a small tip, when you make your momo next time try not stir fry the filling but gently mixing it with oil, this will give your filling a jucy texture and when the momo cooks it gets boiled and gives your momo a fluffy and soft texture and, next time, also try replacing garlic with ginger, this will make your momo less mandane and mor magickal! These are just a few things I wanted to say, but your momo looked truly mouth - watering! May your channel flourish more and may you all always be as happy and healthy as you are. gulmarg ws very beautiful we went n july last yr and n aug the govt sorted the problem of j&k last yr . shimla s a very beautiful place as well.there are many other hill stations in india which i hv not seen will go later n the future.u cn keep one hill station as destination when u cm t india as kids and u all enjoy the weather and life of a hill station.

Good morning Suchi,Hum gaye the north east in 2018,jab hum nathula pass se wapas aate hain toh apne shoes dene padte hain tab woh choti si dukan mein humne snowfall ke beech maggi khai thi woh Jo maggi khane mein maza. Aaya tha uska toh jawab hi nahi.Hum bhi apne compound mein shaam ko jab chai peete hain tab apni vacations yaad karte rehte hain.Meri daughter toh khane ki achhi achhi cheeze yaad karte karte ro padti hai.But yeh time dobara nahi aayega.Hum definitely isse miss karenge.

We tried Momos in a Nepali restaurant in Colorado while on vacation! Tastes yummy with red chutney, never tried at home though. Looks delicious. We get Potstickers at the grocery in freezer section, should bring it next time.

Suchi, you should invest in a steamer for dumplings, easily available in Canada..unless you purchase it from India, on your next trip😉 I give you credit for making everything from scratch, even the dumpling/moms wraps... if you are not aware, you can purchase Goza/dumpling wraps. Friend/relatives can eat upto 25-30 momos😋 We never made vegetarian or different flavors, concocted by the roadside vendors and vegetarians😀

I went to all the places you mentioned started my trip from Kolkata. It was a great trip. I loved Sikkim the best. City wise Kolkata was amazing. Loved momos eat it every chance I got.

Hey suchi mouthwatering dinner menu yaar😋😋😋😋 all veggies were looking colorful n beautiful wen spread after wash...yes even I make Momos...I add almonds while boiling tomatoes and red chillies it thickens the chutney...and one more suggestion don't add salt while frying the momos stuffing just stir fry them for 2-3 min and then wen they cool add salt..this way the veggies will have crunch and quantity of stuffing will also not reduce. Yummy yummy I wanted to come n join at ur table😋😁 feeling hungry😂. Lots of love Suchi 💕
