Thanks, Olly! It was fun doing a video with my wife, although it was a bit hectic with one of the kids having a meltdown while we were trying to record!
Awesome job Candice (and Chris)! My wife will only help if the camera isn't recording. It is always nice to see couples working together. Hope to see more joint projects in the future.
We actually do have another one planned that she has been wanting to build for outside. It will be a little more involved, so it'll give her some more good experience. Thanks for watching!
It’s great that you guys can work on a project together. And the babies making all that noise in the background is awesome. Thats what really happens behind the scenes and you were not afraid to show it. Love it!! I wish I could find a way to get my husband interested. 🤔 New subscriber!
Nice family project....tried to get my wife to make the last project we posted but she needs to build up some more courage! Clive Cussler is my favorite author, have read pretty much all of his books. Good to hear the happy family fun in the background!
Thanks! I've seen you include your wife in a couple of videos recently. Maybe she'll warm up to doing a little woodworking eventually. Yep, a Cussler book is always a good page-turner! I haven't read all of his, but I've read quite a few. I'm a big Lee Child fan as well.
Tyler G .... Reminds me a bit of your family. Love when the wife and the kiddies are around. That’s what it’s all about!! Keep up the awesome work you’re doing.
They look great. it is awsome that you and wife were able to work together on this one. I don't think it would end well with me and my wife working together..lol
Moy perez woodshop ... I know right?! Same with my husband and I. I think we’re both too controlling. By the way.. love your channel. You are extremely talented. Whenever I watch you or Izzy, I want to throw all my tools away.

Love the family-affair project! You will derive joy from those every time you walk by them. ProTip: sandals in the shop is just asking for a 2X4 to the toe. Just sayin'.
Beautiful I love to see a husband and wife that is crafty I will attempt I love it
Chris glad to see you are still making vids. Looks great. Great to see you roped the wife into it. Makes buying tools easier. Lol.
Very nicely done. It's a clean, efficient design that others can easily customise and it's a nice touch to see your family also getting involved.

Love this!!! Gonna have to try!! Love the fact that the jars are up cycled!! TFS! 😊
Normally I do not like anything rustic, but I love these wall sconces. Thank you for sharing.
They turn out beautiful! I’m going to try to make them!!

How pretty! What kind of plants are those?
I absolutely love this! I want to recreate this for my living room.. what color stain did she use?? Love the color
It's a gel stain called "aged oak" I believe. Thanks for watching!
Nice build and great video, fun to watch!
Thanks!
Came out cool man, +1 on getting the wife involved!
Thanks a lot!
Cool idea! My wife would love a pair or 3 of these! Are they fairly heavy? 👍😆
No, they are made out of pine, so they are pretty light.
Great teamwork! They look really awesome. Nice job! "Liked" & shared
Thanks Paul! Sorry I'm just now seeing your comment. I didn't intend for it to go unnoticed.
CMR Woodworks | Chris McDowell no worries buddy. I don't get notified a lot either.

Where did you get the plants from?
I can‘t remember. Maybe shanty 2 chic? check there, or just google diy sconces
Big thumbs up from bethlehem pa👍👍👍
Looks good!
Thanks, David!
Good video! love the end! lol
Haha, thanks Lance! I did ask her permission before adding the outtakes!
Best most practical I've seen yet but less than 1k likes hmm...
They look great. What's your secret to getting your wife even vaguely interested in woodworking?
I don't know! This was her idea actually. There is another one coming up later that she wants to build as well. Cool with me!
Nice ...very beautifull

Where I can buy that key hood hanger?

Thanks! I know I'm pushing my luck with the flip flops. I need a pair of shop shoes to keep by the door, I guess.
I picked up a pair of gardening clogs that are really tough. No steel toe, but they are quite hefty. They slip right on and they were only $15 or so.
