I wonder if Tony had enough redhead genes to affect how the anesthesia affected his body? He had freckles. Redheads take more of it, but are far more sensitive to it.

IIRC in the jaco documentary it was stated that he was in the hospital in critical condition, then later died....
Any regular justice would've sufficed, 4 months is just sickening for murdering someone. Lennon's is still locked up for that matter.
