Right on my brother it’s good to be back. I just gotta make sure I stay busy on these videos. It takes a lot of time to get all this done but like the end result so I’m gonna continue doing it.
These are the new heads. From LME. These are six bolt. The LSA four bolt heads are the heads that floated after 20 pounds of boost. So I definitely needed these new heads. With the six bolt I'm gonna have a lot more clamping force, so they should hold
@@11B_GRUNT for sure I’m definitely going to hit a couple of track days but more so Mexico nights lol. But definitely want to see what it’ll get at the track.
Your build is similar to my ZL1 Camaro with 1140 whp on a 12-rib setup. The stock tensioner will not hold up to that power level. I was shredding belts left and right until I switched to a tensioner from American Racing Solutions and a billet tensioner bracket from Dedicated Motorsport.
Surprised you went with kong and not magnuson cause in my personal opinion in terms of root superchargers for an ls7 it doesn't get any better than the magnuson TVS2650r. Again this is my opinion but the red is nice.
It's all good. I think Magnuson supercharger is awesome. The reason why I didn't go with that or a Whipple was because the Kong 2650 was a direct drop in. I barely had to change anything plus the impellers and everything internally made it a 2650. And they were getting solid reviews and Performance. That's why I went with them also Greg From Kong gave me a hell of a deal
Yeah, it looks like the lid you’re talking about does have a bigger intercooler brick. But if you look at the plate that goes with it, it covers about 6 inches across and maybe 4 inches wide. That covers the intercooler brick giving it just the factory inlet hole. It does look like a really cool brick though intake lid. But if I were to change up, I’m gonna sell my supercharger and do a big twin turbo sticking out of the hood, something that spits fire out of the fenders or out of the hood that’s my next project for this car.
😂😂😂 I feel you. I had to sell myself on the street corner lol just kidding. I don't know, man I just work super hard and worked on the weekends plus did side jobs and put all the money I had together to make this happen.
Glad to see you back brother and healthy

Cleanest heads besides the 6 bolt heads ive seen

Was a different lid & cooling brick upgrade in the mix? The harrop lid has a much larger brick in it vs the pwr.

Brah since when did us blue collar workers make enough to afford 2 hellcat motors and a 427🥲😂
