The osprey is increasing in numbers now, just like the bald eagle. The pesticide that thinned (and broke) both their eggshells has been made illegal, and both of those bird populations are increasing! Thank you, Sylvia, for taking me on that ride!
I have had my bright Red Bison Pro Trike for some time and still only have 18 miles on it. I too complained to the company that I didn’t have any power when starting on electric power only, or when you stop on an uphill incline. When I had my Segway X-2 it would fly up the steepest hill I could find, so when my new Bison Pro wouldn’t get me out of my driveway, I was very disappointed. EMOJO did send me an upgraded controller but changing it out wasn’t easy, because of the cheap Philips head screws they used. The screwdriver wasn’t going into the screw head deep enough which caused damaged to the heads of the screws. You had to push hard on the screwdriver to get the screws in and out. I solved that problem when I put the controller box back together by going to the hardware store and getting some better-quality screws. I had one wire that didn’t have anything to plug into, so I left it loose. Come to find out the brake light doesn’t work now, so I need to go back in and try and find a connection for it. I dread doing that because getting all those wires back in the small controller box was a very hard thing to do. That was a design flaw in my opinion, there is plenty of room to have a larger box that the wires and controller would fit into. After changing the controller, I was very happy with the additional power, even though the start-up was a little jerky. It still won’t go up the hills my Segway went up, but at 77 years old it is a little more comfortable to ride on. I can’t remember the last time I had a stock car; I have always had to do or add something to it to make it look better. The same goes with my Segway when I added a Harley Davidson seat to it. I saved that Harley Davidson seat when I sold my Segway and now it’s on my Bison Pro Trike and I used the back rest from the original seat. I bought the bag that fit into the back storage area, but didn’t like how flimsy it looked, so I went to Tap Plastics and they built me a perfectly fitting box with a hinged lid that fit perfectly inside the bag, and now it looks impressive, and is perfectly square. I mounted two small top of the line stainless steel flag posts on the back of the metal storage box and have an American flag on one side and a Marine Corps flag on the other. I also mounted my two mirrors to the end of the handlebar grips to keep more room for other things. It also looks nicer than having them mounted on the handlebar. I wish I could add a picture to this post, but they aren’t allowed.
Great review. This trike is a pain to assemble. My EMOJO Bison Pro shakes really bad in the front if you loosen your grip on the handle bars. Company offered no resolution. I also purchased mine, without discount because my wife is less abled and needs a trike. Its a huge trike, with low 65nm of torque. We asked and they sent me an upgraded controller which brought the torque up to 80nm. Overall, we are not keeping it.

Having trouble distinguishing where the gear shift comes in. When climbing the hill what gear were you in? Could the trike barely make to top in what gear? Lowest gear for hills etc Also asking is that electric motor all that powers the trike(not counting rider pedaling) ? It seems like a small motor and I'm wondering if the motor will be the first part that needs replacing. I am over 70yrs and looking for a trike just as you described. I'm going to pin this video to see if you might be able to explain a little more. Thanks very much Syd
I stopped watching when you talked about the controller. My conclusion is you can buy two Lectric trikes for the price of this and have two better trikes. The excuse for the controller is mobility? Then why a shifter and it can’t make it up the hill? Makes no sense as does the front wheel drive.
I would love to see you review some of the addmotor trikes - especially the City 310 and the M360 semi-recumbent. Do you do comparison videos? I would be interested to know how you compare the Mooncool TK1 folding trike with this Emojo folding trike. I enjoy your videos and am learning a lot before I decide to make the plunge and purchase ones for me and my wife. Thanks!!
Oh my! I would buy this one for myself even though I don't need it. 😂😂. The chain does hang down, if you go through weeds the chain will grab some higher grass and weeds.
I bought The Bison Pro and took it around the block and it wouldn’t go up my driveway, I pushed it up and put it down to bring a new trike rider. Next time I took it out I had some momentous and it barely go me up but again chalked it up to new user. My husband and I went out in the beautiful hill country in downtown Austin and it wouldn’t go uphill! Contacted support and was told to send my controller back and they’d reprogram it fir a faster ride. Why don’t they ask what you intend using it for before they ship it? Did they send you a new one no questions asked?
If ebike trikes had the “tilting mechanism” that the e-moped trikes have (Aidea AA Cargo/ ECCity 3), then the turning radius would be soooooo much easier/stable. None have this feature yet….🤷🏽♂️
The number one item on my wish list is electric assist to the rear wheels, this trike does not have that. Well at least this video has that wonderful soft porn music.

Let me know when they have one with a 400 pound limit and can do country roads with hills. Otherwise it's cute.
