LOL taking me back. I used to go every week and literally it's a workout ! It's sooo hot + loud and wild haha I'm a Miami native, and you have to be mentally prepared!
I feel the same about the Houston TX bins. I went last year to visit my son, and it was like I was watching a school of sharks on a fresh dead whale. Horrifying and fascinating at the same time.😂
I find a lot of banana republic, old navy, gap, and Levi’s because I’m in the Bay Area and their corporate offices are in SF. There are also certain thrift stores Athleta directly donates to, but the thrift stores have to cutout their logos and sometimes the care label.
Yeah, I’ve bought something on whatnot that was heavily stained abcs not disclosed! Thankfully the stains washed out! Definitely not buying from them again.
This reminds me of the bins here in nyc. (In queens to be exact.) Same rules, same behavior. Ppl act like they are fighting for their lives, lol. With patience, there are still some good finds. :)
Crazy to pass Eileen Fisher! It's my bread & butter. Do NOT pass it up. I am ready to tackle the Dallas bins, set to do it next week. I went there once, and true! They attack the clothes like piranahs, smh.
I’d love to let you in on my honey hole here in Texas. It’s an outlet but everything is hung up starting price the first day is 2.50 and they go down to .25 cents the last day I like to go the last day and get like 40 items for $11. I’m so spoiled I don’t even go first day now cause 2.50 seems like too much to pay 😂
I hate the Miami bins and I've only ever found a handful of things there. Ft Lauderdale ONLY. looks like I need to double back to the thrift next to the bins though. I rarely go there bc I have a few stores I LOVE. color of the week is half off. its usually posted at the front
I forgot to mention I'm having huge live sales today and Saturday hope to see you there posh.mk/z0OnPHWtsJb
I LOVE GLORIA! She makes me laugh so much. She’s hilarious and very helpful.
I live in Michigan and find multiple Fashion Nova NWT almost every time at the thrift. I rarely pick it up but always find it!
Ok my god I love you I always watch Gloria videos I missed that now I have to find this one😂
I was watching that video of Gloria’s also and cracking up. I just got turned onto her videos recently and she keeps it real!
Yes I do want to know more about threshold pro. I am curious about it as I still send items the old way & do ok.
Yes, the brand I normally find is Chico, J.Jill, Zara in my thrift store.

Most of my purchases on whatnot have been disappointing but some I have made money on. Now I am very cautious about purchasing.
I moved from Miami to Dallas. The thrifting in Dallas is sooo much better! Less rowdy people too lol
