  • Black Sambo is a two-layered gelatin, made of creamy milk and chocolate layer. How to make?
    Here's what you'll need:
    Cream Layer:
    1 cup water
    1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin (5-10g)
    1 cup condensed milk (300g)
    1 cup heavy cream (240g) you can use all purpose cream too
    Chocolate Layer:
    1 cup water
    1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin (5-10g)
    2 cups evap milk or fresh milk (400ml)
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (60g)
    white chocolate shavings for toppings
    Food for the soul:

    I've tried doing this recipe twice but I still can't get that same texture😢 whyyy?😭
    The taste was good but I'm getting a texture like a gelatin. I wanted like the one in this recipe.😣 how?😥

      Use Knoxx Gelatin instead of the normal ones. You’ll get the same texture as the video. That’s what I use.

      Ma'am Ann ilang Oras Po siya i-rest Po para magfirm. Nag try ko Po kaso sa liquid parin Po siya 2 sachet of Knox per layer 😭. Sinunod ko naman Ang instruction.
