This restores the lungs to those of a baby. Even if I smoked for 50 years.

Yes I agree.
These videos are educational and also a comedy show.
I look forward to each one
To get someone to experience diaphragmatic breathing: exhale as much as you can and feel your stomach pulling to your spine, wait until you can’t hold anymore, then don’t think about breathing - just let your stomach muscle (diaphragm) go, as it releases out, you suck air in without thinking about it - THAT is diaphragmatic breathing. 🧘
I dont know how to seep breath.. I force too much brreath in and out that i feel bad.. Dont know to belly brethe
@@vitorfernandes6747 with practice you will be able to do it...dont worry...
This guy's voice over is the greatest! With all of the audio gems throughout, the best is where he shouts only a part of the sentence with exclamation - where it's not even needed! The cadence is almost startling at times LOL. It's like a comedy sketch will very accurate and useful info. It's a two for one 🤣
you are the best as always, Anton!
I love this Doctor but the voice over is hilarious!😂😂😂
Thank You DR. Alekseev. Fantastic Info to help people around the World. The Info I'm finding here is more than anywhere else. There are hundreds of PRT, Chiro. etc. doctor videos - all of them serving to help people - but this is so Thorough explaining so much. I have a multitude of Spinal Maladies including spinal arthritis, arthritis in the facet Joints, mild to moderate Stenosis at several levels o fmy spine and Dextroscoliosis of 25 degrees. My Physiatry has been affected by a Leg Length Discrepancy of 1 " shorter right leg as a result of a fractured Femur in 1966 at age 15. Now I'm 72 and suffer with Chronic pains, Terrible stiffness, Degrading vertebrae discs which have affected my Central and Peripheral Nervous Systems. God Bless You.
Thank you for these teachings ❤and putting smile on my face 😀
I’ve got to say the translator keeps me awake when the video gets a little long. I’m making diagrams of your excellent to-the-root-of-the-problem exercises. Thank you!
Can you share your diagrams?
@spritespring8035. I just started doing it and I would not want to release diagrams of Dr. Alekseev’s exercises without his approval. The reason for this is if my drawing is incorrect in ANY way I could possibly be held liable for someone’s injury. (There are a few of his exercises I can’t see what he’s doing with his fingers and I just have to guess.)
I will give you a tip about diagrams and you don’t have to be an artist… the next time you watch him draw stick figures of what he’s doing with a description underneath and you will have your own diagrams.
This is like watching an old Japanese translated to English Godzilla movie where the lips are moving but the sound doesn't match. Love this guy and his expertise tho. What keeps me watching. Ty doctor for all of your help and explaination! -John's wife
YES!! The old Japanese Godzilla movies. You’re correct. That’s what these videos remind me of. In a very good way! I love them and they’ve been incredibly helpful!
Thanks 4 these. People think you're strange if they see you pressing against something with your back but your body can feel what it needs!
This is a trip, getting knowledge and a heck of a laugh tonight

I love this guy and this is exactly what I needed, funny that I actually started a few of these little massage techniques in a couple of the same spots because it's been sore, and I was a little concerned for my lungs and breathing as well. Thanks universe and thanks Doctor Enlightening Alekseev, I'm stoked with this episode and it really made sense to me. Thanks mate !!
Very informative. Video with the spaghetti western feel
You are amazing Dr, thank you for this video ⚘🙏⚘
Thanks so much
Thank you
Hi doctor I am from Pakistan you do 👍 work. I like ur videos so much.
Einstein said it's insanity to keep doing the same thing expecting different results yet the doctors or "medical professionals" I have encountered in the US practice that idea exactly. Insane right? And yet I obeyed like a fool feeling myself inferior. I am better now and have gained back my questioning self. Thanks for your method. I will be giving it a go for nothing better than better breathing. 🙏✌️💯
Strong exercise for human joint and brain❤
Ilove your videos. Very helpful and healthy
great info as always 😊
Very nice explaination
Breathing Is Very Important Alexander Anetolavitch Ivchenko (spelled correctly?) Breathing can heal us for certain, I was born a triplet w/ bronchial asthma
Yiu are amazing, thank u so much
Sounds like breathing that feels like you are breathing from the lower abdomen, below the waist. It realigns the lower area. Try it. Try breathing like you are breathing from below the waist.
Thank you doctor please do more demos on the exercises if you can. Thank you 💚 😊
Thank you Dr for this wonderful video, I've learned something new today. You are amazing ⚘🙏⚘

This is great information for all who suffer from asthma and COPD. 19:08
Yeah yeah...I get it ...I'm an" idiot"...so... "BREATHING" and thee "GUY"...OK!...MY point...is how "triggered " I am by your tone of voice"...I'll just say "THANK YOU!!"...so this "behooves " me to take a step back to meditate and drill down these 2 points more appreciatively!...so...pause...take a "breath" and "ponder"...never forgetting to say "Thank you! Yet again...and not the last time thankyou ...I verbalize Love to "you" too...as I have indeed "felt" yours too!
O dang, again the exercises he said would be linked in the description box or not linked in the description box. Dear doctor, where can I find these additional breathing exercises? I am very motivated. I would love to do them.
Yes, I saw the pain in their eyes😂 that was cute
Difficult but nice
Sometimes I watch... EVEN AS I WATCh... To learn... YES TO LEARN... About which there is only one way TO DO IT!!! But yes we will do it. And we will breathe.
Sure wish the audio was better. He does present some very helpful techniques with the various muscles, etc. But the audio is truly crazy.
I just swallowed the tennis ball. I'm suffocating!😅 Six days later, the ball found its way out. I noticed the ball massaging my lower regions where the ribs are. The ball was massaging all those muscles all the way out. Man, was that painful 😢😂 - However, I am breathing better. This guy is stellar. But, seriously, he's so knowledgeable - I want that diary! ------No time right now. i'm 🏃♂️running the twenty six mile marathon. I'm studying tennis and it's true nature. I'm doing this while smoking 🚬 🚭...😅😊😊😊😊🥎!
I'm cracking up - thank you 😂
@@alanacartes3382 If I can be of service always for a good joke.
How about giving some credit to the yogis of India and Tibet?
guess I am too dumb. I got nothing out of this. We don't need to know all the muscles and bones. Just how to breath.
Don't we though? What's the harm in learning about muscles and bones? The more you know the better!!
Keep learning:-)
😊
!(: THE ENDING WAS THE BEST ;)!
Hi, how can you heal from chronic illnesses? Can you do a video about it? Thank you!
research the essene gospel of peace. free to find online. raw diet and fasting will fix you up.
Pretty amazing knowledge but what about a massage therapist?
Es una pena que falte la traduccion en español,
Llegariia a mas gente hispana
So basicly the old tennis ball trick ? Ive used tennis balls for self massage for years but good to know the science behind
If you are a doctor you know that simply is not possible. The lungs function depends on it being like a sponge with many many tiny holes. Smoking damages those small holes which then unite making bigger holes, with an irreversible loss of surface area. If that happened to a sponge it would not be able to absorb the same amount of water, in the case of our lungs they are not able to allow efficient exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide between the blood and the air which results in decreased fitness then breathlessness and eventually breathlessness at rest and requiring supplemental oxygen.
However I need to hope and believe after smoking a pack a day for 30 years so I will watch and like your video and give it a try.
🥰
radio viewers... comedy genius..
He forgot the Ludowici breathing technique that's where you take three deep breaths pick up a large slice the pizza folded in half and inhale it you will feel quite well after that
Thank you ~ God bless you Dr . 🇦🇺☀️🏄♂️💦
Can this apply to someone who suffers of emphysema?
I feel like I’m listening to a hockey game 🥴😂
Please Help for excess Hair fall
Voice editing could use some work.
I was digging in my grandmother's garden and found - hooray, as a doctor - a secret diary and the secret of proper breathing. Is that a humor I don't understand? Or... 😂😂😂
even with this absolutely ridiculous 🙈voiceover he makes sense
Comedian working out. Get thought it. Laugh. Not bad. Good. Thanks.

Is this guy Dustin Poirier's long lost brother? Maybe.
I want to get what he’s saying; I do. It’s word salad to me like Charlie Brown’s teacher. 💱💱💱but I still like them and try to watch all.
