Can we all talk about how benjamin felt about misfortune? Like it was obvious he liked her when he said "she looked me, weird warm feeling in Stomach, maybe it was the mushrooms" but dang is he cute for not realizing how he felt XD
The saddest part of the ending is that the mom finally found happiness when the child she didn't want died and the husband she hated went to jail. Poor Misfortune.
@@-Yuimie- the other interpretation is that that she didn’t find happiness because the child is dead, but found happiness because now the father is removed from her life. You can see she is distraught at her death, and Misfortune tells her to find another source of happiness, implying that she did make her happy
The abusive husband being taken away is what the mother is probably happy about. And we did raise a lot of good karma with our glitter. So surely that's a warm fuzzy feeling we embune mother with. If you dont find all the glitter spots, you dont make your mother smile. The dad was the abusive one, the mum was negligent, but ultimately I think she loved Misfortune, even if she was struggling with alcoholism, violence and poverty
a fun fact that he didn’t mention. if you use all of your reward tickets on the fortune teller, it gives you more hints about Mr. Voice actually being the villain. so much so that when she says that “someone is lying to you, right now” Mr. Voice flys a bird into the machine breaking it, so that it can not tell her anything more.

Hey, self-proclaimed expert of Fran Bow's universe here. I love the games so i know a lot about its world and the five realities. I figure I give you some insight to help explain one detail for your ending video. The reason why Miss Fortune can hear Morgo has to do with how she lived. In the lore of the games, people who are "broken" (mentally unstable to a degree) can see the Ultra reality and the forces from the other realities, including the beyond. The kids in the Asylum in Fran bow could see the Kamalas due to the trauma that brought them to the Asylum. Dr. Leon could see the forces of F.R.E.E due to how mentally unstable he became in his later years. With that logic, you can conclude that Miss Fortune can hear Morgo, because how she was raised in an unstable household that she can be considered "broken".
Thank you so much for sharing this information I really love the addition of information because it makes this game and world so much more interesting!
Yup ever since birth too lmfao kinda reminds me of how starlord from gaurdians of the galaxy is where they rock out to music and sing and dance maybe while handling mission business
"kiri wa doku desuka?" means "where is the fog?" -- we see that after Miss Fortune passes on, the landscape Benjamin leads her through is filled with mist and fog, meaning that Hiro knows of this path to be able to pass on.
Technically "kiri wa doku desu ka?" Means where is the mist and this could be pertaining to the mist/fog that benjamin had to go thro to get to this dimension and in turn he would need to escort the souls through for them to reach senerseedee, I think although Benjamin was able to rescue some of the children souls as he said in his diary there are still some who are still lost ie. hiiro. Ps. Looking forward for the endings explained of this (God I love lore) xD
Yeah, I was confused which kiri it was referring to, since... no kanji and all But it most certainly doesn't mean "you"/where are you That's probably mistaken from 君 (kimi)
"Kiri" can mean a lot of things. 霧 Fog/mist is one. It can also mean 桐 paulownia tree; 錐 drill (as in the tool); and 切りend/finish. Given the context, I think the last is the most correct, giving a translation of, "Where is the end?"
Thank you for posting this because I'm thinking the one who made this video might have confused Kiri for Kimi, which would mean "you." So, seeing that Little Misfortune is playing the game to the end, when Hiro said, "kiri wa doko desu ka?", it could be that he was looking for the end when it was his turn, but never made it. At first I thought it was mist 霧, but with the theme of this game, 切り might have made more sense.
Something the devs shared about Little Misfortune in a QnA is that its connected to Fran Bow and they plan to have the third game connect the two games even further!
Yeah, they are working on a Benjamin game that focuses on him. Since he revolves around different dimensions, then maybe we'll see something.. Their stories never let me down
I really need them to make more games like this and Fran Bow. The way they combine cute and disturbing is just… ugh.. **chef’s kiss** … amazing. I’d LOVE to see way more of the different realms that are mentioned many times in both FB & LM too.. but like, in new future games.. seriously.. who do I go to to make sure that happens…….? Lmfao
From an interview i once saw, it seems like we are problaby getting a crossover game between Fran and Little misfortune! :) i don't know if they are working on it right now tho
Is no one noticing the fact that Fran used pills to make things look disturbing and Misfortune has glitter that makes things happy and we can see the skeleton dude in the same game , and these two girls have animal friends these two games are kinda similar to each other
Misfortune's famus and cute words - "I am a lil lady , u know" " I am a lil ninya (means ninja)" "Benyamin (Benjamin)" "Yikes forever" Lol 😂 And btw once again thank you for this ❤️
The father represented as one of the straw dolls- or “straw-man” a person with no integrity or substance. Easily lit by fire- quick to anger. Just a thought. I love these games so much.
This may be completely off topic but I read a disorienting poem a while ago called 'Hollow Men' which describes 'stuffed, hollow men filled with straw' in a similar way to your description here. Just thought this was a cool connection :)
neglect is still abuse. I was neglected as a child and I still consider it abuse because it messed me up so badly. children literally need mental and emotional stimulation to be happy. without it, it causes a lot of behavioral, mental, emotional (ect.) issues.
Kinda sucks that the mother is rewarded for her abusive behavior with internal happiness. Like to any living outsider looking in, the mother is just happy that her little child is dead. I guess it just adds to the purity of little Misfortune, but like the mother did not do anything that warranted her gaining happiness.
The mother was definitely neglectful, but I always saw it as the mother also begin abused by the father and therefore becoming detached (with the masks) and this leads to her ignoring and neglecting Misfortune in many ways, but Misfortune clearly has a few things in her room, toys and such, which in my mind were either given by the father when he cleared up (imo less likely) or was given by the mother, so there may have been a few brightside to the mother (moments where she isn't drunk or smoking and may have taught her a few things)
Although I do agree abusers shouldn't have rewards for abusing people, she was abused too, to the point she became unhinged and lashed all that anger out on her daughter. If she had gotten help, I'm sure she'd have never done that. Even when Misfortune dies, she still is absolutely heartbroken, so clearly she does care for Misfortune, even if her own mind is broken
I think she loved Misfortune, but simply couldn't take care of her... she wasn't really all that abusive and more so just extremely neglectful... I mean... she sold herself... she was probably doing her best to keep them alive, because the father wasn't providing for them. I find it somewhat sweet that she still got the happiness... without misfortune she can leave her abusive husband and doesn't have to take care of a rather young child anymore, so she can finally work on changing her life for the better.
Maybe she's happy because Misfortune is finally dead and not be abused again? The way I see it the mother's neglectful/abusive behaviour is a byproduct of the father's abusive behaviour and her not beimg ready being a mother (still doesn't excuse the behaviour tho) It maybe by the will of Misfortune too. She may have noticed that her mother was also being abused and wished her happiness
I think the mother is heartbroken for her "little misfortune" being dead. Her daughter made her stick to abusive relationship, without pregnancy she would have a choice to leave earlier. In the end she is happy, because she and her daughter will finally have the peace - she lost her child but also got the way to get rid of partner abusing her. That's only the way I see it. Still, I totally agree with you, the child is not to blame for her being born.
“Kiri wa doko desu ka?” was mistranslated; it really means “where is the end?” “Kiri” (end) and “kimi” (you) are pretty close, so the mistranslation probably came from that.
@ꪀꪮ3ꪀ3シ Yeah, "kiri" can also mean fog in Japanese, so I can see that as a translation as well. It just doesn't make sense to me, so I thought he was asking where the end is.
The fog may be referring to Senersedee, since the last doll says "All around disasters seem to disappear. Deep inside *the fog* you defeat him" And also since the entrance is pretty foggy.
Kiri is fog/mist, and we see it at the start and end of the story, the veil between the living and the dead that Benji walks through. Also we read that Morgo can be defeated in the fog. So it's all very in-keeping with the plot. Im impressed how many weebos are mistranslating such a simple line of Japanese.
The *point* was that Misfortune's choices didn't matter. Morgo had already made Misfortune run through the 'game' multiple times- enough for Benjamin to find and free several of Morgo's previous victims and become strong enough to fight Morgo. The loop of "the game" we play was *always* going to be the last one. The only thing Misfortune could actually change in any real capacity was pushing the Parasite Game's effect- "desires becoming reality"- to the point that it actually happened. Misfortune being helpless, and unable to save herself or make any real changes to her life _is the point of the story._ *She's a child. Children need to be protected.*
@@alchemysaga3745 finally someone who actually gets it. Not to omit that the glitter was how Misfortune saw that childish purity, even in the most grim situations, and covered it up with something pretty - the way society likes it! Ultimately, it was her heart filled with goodness that was the treasure, and the one thing that made any difference to the ending.
2:42 I saw Itward. Nice (Side Note: Misfortune's spirit roams the 3rd reality like Fran Bow but her spirit is being guided away from the 4th reality to an unknown reality. I got a feeling that after Misfortune enters the door in the ending, there is like some things to decide her fate whether she can go to the light or darkness. That's my theory about it.)
I think she is in Ithersta now, because when Fran tried to remain in Ithersta, firstly she failed because "she was not ready and hasnt realized the truth yet". But after realizing Fran was taken to the ithersta. The same happened to Misfortune: she realized what truly had happened to her, cried about it a little, but accepted the truth. She is rrady for Ithersta.
I would say Misfortune's mom is more neglectful than abusive. Because with her father, she barely talks about him and didn't think about him for the eternal happiness since he is very abusive. But she usually talks about her mom and clearly loves her. Plus her mom clearly cares for her hence why she was crying over her daughter's death.
When I first watched this,I cried for like a minute and questioned the sad ending for the next two hours cuz it's quite depressing yet sweet...yeah,this game and Undertale gave me the same vibes
Maybe the dog was on the verge of death when Misfortune untied him from the tree and when the birds take him away that's supposed to represent him finally dying? The dog could have appeared to be healthy and normal because of the illusion created by Morgo.
I like how the difference in presentation between Fran Bow and Little Misfortune connects to the characters. Fran lived a relatively normal life until the age of 10, when the tragedies of her story started to occur and permanently scarred her with visions of gore and horror. Misfortune, on the other hand, has lived with her abusive family her entire life, and is only 8, so it makes sense how her worldview is more childlike and cheery-she hasn’t seen the level of gore that Fran had, and she doesn’t realize so much of her situation is abnormal
I hope little msfourtine gets revived somehow in a later game because even if she's just a game character, I feel really bad for her. Like despite her being dead the whole game thanks to her father, she still wants to give ethereal happiness to her mother who have also been abusive to misfortune. The way some games tug on your heart stings is sad but genius.
Oh my gosh yas! I love your vids dude! And thank you so so much for covering two of my favorite games! There are so many questions you might've helped answered so thank you! Fran Bow and Little Misfortune forever! Kill Monday is the best!!!
"Kiri wa doko desu ka?" doesn't mean, "Where are you?" (which would actually be "Anata wa doku desu ka?"). Kiri means a few things. Some have said it means, "Where is the fog?" which it might, but I don't think that's the proper reading either. We aren't given the Kanji, so it's impossible to tell. Kiri, given the grammatical place in the sentence, can mean fog, spray, end, and boundary/limit. The most proper reading in context to me seems to be, "Where is the end?"
Actually if you think about the last playable location, Senersedee. The tree and the gate was surrounded by fog and the last doll said "in the fog you defeat him" or something along those words, I sadly don't remember it perfectly. So Hiro could've been looking for a way to get to Senersedee and finally be free from Morgo's games.
Basically Benjamin is a guardian angel who protects children’s souls from a demon who attempts to lead them a stray. Also I keep picturing Benjamin speaking broken English in a Russian accent while reading his journal lol.
people being mad her mom is happy bc her daughter is dead but i’m pretty sure she’s happy that she’s in a better place now, away from having to live with that abusive father for any longer and she’s also happy that now she can be free too
I seriously love your videos. These 2 games have so much lore and are so amazing but they are very obscure (at least fran bow, despite being played by many popular youtubers). So I wanted to thank you for giving these games more exposure, and I hope by making videos on them, they become more popular, and so do you.
At first I didn't understand why she was the one who died but I think it's because her fate was already decided once she made the deal with "Mr. Voice". And even though the fox helped her and all that and she didn't have to play the games anymore she still lost because she's still a victim from Mr. Voice's manipulation which led her to death
Rest In Peace Little Misfortune, you have found eternal rest from your previous life and gave the eternal happiness you want for your mother. Love this game even if it breaks my heart so much
Just want to say that I’m a big fan and I’ve been here since your very first little nightmares video (not only 2) and I wanted to say that I love to see how much you’ve grown and happy to see you succeed good luck
I just noticed, at 12:24 when she talks about being left in the store the drawing shows the masks in the background, not attached to any bodies. Maybe the masks are sold with cigarettes and booze because those are also used to hide pain?
She's probably seen the adults in her life express themselves like that. Kids mimic behavior and that's probably the way they talk about each other or other people.
I was so surprised that toward said NOTHING to misfortune maybe he saw Benjamin and was like “oh you have a guide already? Oh ok lemme pick sum things up and I’ll be out
I have a few theories. 1. The most depressing theory - this is all a death hallucination. 2. As we see, the world Misfortune is travelling is not what it seems. The real world is gray, bleak and cloudy, like we see in the glimpses from Benjamin's magic circles. Morgo is keeping Misfortune in a purgatory. When Benjamin rescues her, that's where it ends. Then that's is, she's dead for reals. 3. Note that Morgo can talk to US as players. So I guess it is assumed there would be "multiple" games like this with different dead children. And he says she will die today. Perhaps this is some sick entertainment. We players like to watch people die a long death. The game is the parasite, and we, the players, are the victims. 4. There was never a Benjamin. It's all just Morgo and he successfully lead her into his realm. Misfortune made up Benjamin. Note that she first thought the fox's name was Benjamin before actually knowing this for a fact. This does kind of imply that Benjamin is a product of her imagination. About the pictures of missing children - we can assume Morgo is a real entity that really does talk to children in their heads and leads them to death. Misfortune probably saw the missing children before she died. After death - it's all just Morgo's D&D adventure. He likes to play the game master. He is Death itself.
When I originally saw the ending I wanted to cry but then I had a thought... what if the reason Misfortune's mom has eternal happiness is because she no longer has to worry about her unwanted daughter who's now dead and her abusive husband who's probably in jail. I could be reaching, but this seems like the type of thing the creator's would do.
She was crying quite a bit when seeing misfortune’s corpse. She only becomes happy if Misfortune gives her the eternal happiness, which i think moreso portrays the chance to move on, to “find her own happiness” as Misfortune puts it. She’s now free of her husband, even if at the cost of her daughter. It’s a tragedy, but the mother was a victim as well, so I cannot bring myself to wish her ill.
The ending of the game shows so much nuance to her mother’s character. A woman who likely didn’t want a full relationship with the man who got her pregnant, but was forced into it. A woman who spent her life in total fear of this man and her frustrations extended to her daughter. A woman in a life she never wanted. Misfortune may not have been the child she wanted, but she clearly cares for her. She’s sent to school, she’s fed, she’s dressed well and when she dies, her mother is clearly deeply distressed, noticeably sobbing while talking to the cop. While her mother clearly had issues and wasn’t a shining example of motherhood by any stretch, she clearly did love Misfortune. No one ugly cries when someone they don’t love dies. So for Misfortine to send the happiness to her mother is really touching and I can see it being the push her mother needed to finally live her life, perhaps in honor of the daughter she lost.
I always thought everything past when she ran across the road by her house in the beginning of the game was just her dead self adventuring and stuff. Cause in one of the endings it shows Little Misfortune back at home after, what we could assume was a dream, she goes outside and sees her mom and a police officer and what could possibly be Little Misfortune's body covered in a cloth in the road. And before she saw her body she was confused why her mom was ignoring her. She was dead. That's what "Mr. Voice meant by when he said she was gonna die that day.
Hiro's saying could also be translated to "where's the fog" which is also referred to by Benjamin at 14:30 and could be the fog of Senerseedee. This could also mean that Hiro (when trying to warn Misfortune) tried to hint at her being dead or was confused about his own death (perhaps he almost reached the Senerseedee and saw the fog before getting captured which is why he is a ghost and is confused)
I´ve seen a lot of people saying "kiri wa doko desu ka" means "where are you" but that is not correct. Kimi is a word that sounds like kiri, and kimi means you. Kiri does not mean you. According to the Little Misfortune wiki, "kiri wa doko desu ka" means "where is the fog." Indeed, 霧 kiri means mist or fog. Therefore it stands to reason that Hiro is asking 霧はどこですか kiri wa doko desu ka = where is the fog.
Morgo, not MArgo. You made a few other errors and ommissions: 1) It's important to understand it is the game that feeds Morgo. The game is the pursuit of eternal happiness. Morgo isn't trying to kill, as his victims are already dead; he just needs his victims to play his game over and over, trapping them in a cycle. But Misfortune can see the echos of these other trapped souls. 2) Hiro never asks "where are you?" You've mis-translated that. He asks "where is it?" Or "where is the mist?" By the mist, he could mean the veil that separates the living from the dead, which the fox leads Misfortune through. 3) The mother was not abusive, she was negligent. Mother likely loved Misfortune, but her abusive violent husband meant she had a lot of psychological problems impeding her ability to care for Misfortune and express love.
I argue that her father wasn't the one who killed her as the car was in the yard and in the flashback Misfortune was clearly about to cross the road to start her "game" with Morgo and that was when she died. When she crossed the road in the beginning of the game and reality distorted for a second that was when she died, but again the car was parked in the yard and the skid marks were also already there. The skid marks don't necessarily have to have anything to do with Misfortune, but rather as her father might have been an alcoholic just like her mother it's possible those skid marks are just due to years of reckless drunk driving. I don't think Misfortune was just caught in a time loop unaware, cuz Morgo said that THAT very day was the day Misfortune would die, also Misfortune had noticed Benjamin watching her for an extended period of time before the day she died and Benjamin wouldn't have gotten stuck in a time loop of Morgo's creation, and he wouldn't have watched her go through several times loops before having that final show down with Morgo because his job guidelines in the event the target was killed by the "parasite". Also Misfortune eventually realized Morgo was making her repeat events after he reset time once she found out he was the villain.
The ferryman is Charon. In Greek mythology, he takes the souls of the dead across the river Styx (river that surrounds the underworld) into the realm of Hades for a coin. In ancient burials, the dead were often given coins on their eyes or under their tongue so they could pay the ferryman to get into the underworld and wouldn’t be stuck in limbo across the river. Just as a note, the underworld could be good or bad in Greek mythology. You would be judged when you arrived and sent to one of 3 parts: the pit of Tartarus for the evil & wicked, The fields of Asphodel for most people (kind of just resembles mortal life, neither good nor bad), and the paradise-like Elysium for heroes.
I don’t know if anyone has said this but- based also over the fact that everything thats written is in swedish, i think the part where she dies by getting run over its quite similair to a book/story about carsafety that is called ”to kill a child” (att döda ett barn). Not only cause she get run over by crossing the street but also because the story starts with a statement that she will die that day.
It’s ultimately a shame how this game has so much less going on than Fran Bow, and doesn’t really expand the lore of the larger universe outside of things we probably already could have guessed.
im sure someone has pointed this out already, but when Hiro says, "Kiri wa dokodesuka" the word "KIRI" means FOG or MIST. He isn't asking "where are you?" he's asking "where is the fog" He's looking for the afterlife. In the video you said he's saying "where are you". he would have to be asking "KIMI wa dokodeskua." just a difference of one letter really.
Google translate and reliance from other "trustworthy" sources probably isn't the best that's why videos like this get the context of the language's sentence/phrase wrong. Kimi and kiri to a translator app probably would be interchangable, im guessing.

"kiri wa doku desuka?" means "where is the fog?" -- we see that after Miss Fortune passes on, the landscape Benjamin leads her through is filled with mist and fog, meaning that Hiro knows of this path to be able to pass on.
It means where is it
And "tasukete" (助けて) means help
@@iloveasherhaile kiri means fog
@@WanderTheNomad it can also mean “end,” which also makes sense within the story
I feel horrible for hiro
I still love the fact that the co-creator of Fran Bow and Miss Fortune did Miss Fortune’s voice and design as well.
IKR?!
Misfortune is her full name
Technically "kiri wa doku desu ka?" Means where is the mist and this could be pertaining to the mist/fog that benjamin had to go thro to get to this dimension and in turn he would need to escort the souls through for them to reach senerseedee, I think although Benjamin was able to rescue some of the children souls as he said in his diary there are still some who are still lost ie. hiiro. Ps. Looking forward for the endings explained of this (God I love lore) xD
THANK UUU
@Mr. Rain123, Ahaha! No! I was just thanking this person for the explanation.
Yeah, I was confused which kiri it was referring to, since... no kanji and all
But it most certainly doesn't mean "you"/where are you
That's probably mistaken from 君 (kimi)

The father represented as one of the straw dolls- or “straw-man” a person with no integrity or substance. Easily lit by fire- quick to anger.
Just a thought. I love these games so much.
That makes a lot of sense, and it's sad at the same time. Misfortune deserved better
This may be completely off topic but I read a disorienting poem a while ago called 'Hollow Men' which describes 'stuffed, hollow men filled with straw' in a similar way to your description here. Just thought this was a cool connection :)

@@gamersault Your Welcome
You're welcome
I believe Little Misfortune's mother was more neglectful than actually abusive
neglect is still abuse. I was neglected as a child and I still consider it abuse because it messed me up so badly. children literally need mental and emotional stimulation to be happy. without it, it causes a lot of behavioral, mental, emotional (ect.) issues.
Neglect is literally a form of abuse...
@@bumbabees I'm sorry. Neglect is absolutely abuse. This comment section is filled with idiots.
@Lime Scout They were going to do the abortion but the law states otherwise. As stated by Miss Fortune herself in the beginning of the game.
@@Moon-yi1dc and calling people idiot is abuse. Idiot.
The way I see it the mother's neglectful/abusive behaviour is a byproduct of the father's abusive behaviour and her not beimg ready being a mother (still doesn't excuse the behaviour tho)
It maybe by the will of Misfortune too.
I love how Misfortune casually simps over Benjamin in the entire game 🤣👌🏻
“Kiri wa doko desu ka?” was mistranslated; it really means “where is the end?” “Kiri” (end) and “kimi” (you) are pretty close, so the mistranslation probably came from that.
@ꪀꪮ3ꪀ3シ Yeah, "kiri" can also mean fog in Japanese, so I can see that as a translation as well. It just doesn't make sense to me, so I thought he was asking where the end is.
+ the place they go to near the end is pretty foggy so both interpretations do correlate and makes sense together
The fog may be referring to Senersedee, since the last doll says "All around disasters seem to disappear. Deep inside *the fog* you defeat him"
And also since the entrance is pretty foggy.
kiri means fog i think
Kiri is fog/mist, and we see it at the start and end of the story, the veil between the living and the dead that Benji walks through. Also we read that Morgo can be defeated in the fog. So it's all very in-keeping with the plot.
Im impressed how many weebos are mistranslating such a simple line of Japanese.
Playing the game I had literally anxiety when she crossed the road I was like “Run quicker you’re gonna get ran over!” …. “What did I tell you dammit”
I honestly think that the choices you make should've affected the story instead of putting the sparkles all onto things just to reach the true ending
Misfortune being helpless, and unable to save herself or make any real changes to her life _is the point of the story._
*She's a child.

(Side Note: Misfortune's spirit roams the 3rd reality like Fran Bow but her spirit is being guided away from the 4th reality to an unknown reality.
I agree. I dont think the OP who made this video really understood some of the relationships or meanings

little misfortune’s timeline has always confused me but its so interesting and makes you want to know more. thanks for the vid!

Oh my gosh yay you noticed me!
This was probably one of the saddest story telling games that I have ever played
Have you placed What Remains of Edith Finch?
@@alacarda7186 Perhaps it's a wordplay meaning the fog is the end.

Hiro's speech actually translates to "Where is the fog" !!
"Glitter Glitter! Yay! Oh shit I'm dead..."
Please talk about fran and misfortune's connection
At first I didn't understand why she was the one who died but I think it's because her fate was already decided once she made the deal with "Mr. Voice". And even though the fox helped her and all that and she didn't have to play the games anymore she still lost because she's still a victim from Mr. Voice's manipulation which led her to death

I just noticed, at 12:24 when she talks about being left in the store the drawing shows the masks in the background, not attached to any bodies. Maybe the masks are sold with cigarettes and booze because those are also used to hide pain?
Her fixation on the fox, a fixation that often seemed to veer into lust, was truly one of the more disturbing aspects of the game.
She's probably seen the adults in her life express themselves like that. Kids mimic behavior and that's probably the way they talk about each other or other people.

It seems like she got happy cuz the dad killed the child she didn’t want and now has real freedom cuz he’s no longer around because of it
I kinda see it as the mother being happy that Misfortune is in a better place, not so much the death itself if that makes sense!
Good analysis 👍. I on the fence with option 4. Great game
Nah bro it all is real.
Mehh. These theories are weak man... None of these are plausible. It's just soms realms thing
Death being a good guy is a nice change of pace. It’s more keeping in line with folklore
I love it when she goes, "Oh, really?"
The fact that this little girl died for her mother to be happy, is breaking me.
What if the creators of the game is a protector and are trying to warn us of the incoming trouble?
Hiro's saying could also be translated to "where's the fog" which is also referred to by Benjamin at 14:30 and could be the fog of Senerseedee. This could also mean that Hiro (when trying to warn Misfortune) tried to hint at her being dead or was confused about his own death (perhaps he almost reached the Senerseedee and saw the fog before getting captured which is why he is a ghost and is confused)
Wow this is awesome thank you for the video.
I´ve seen a lot of people saying "kiri wa doko desu ka" means "where are you" but that is not correct. Kimi is a word that sounds like kiri, and kimi means you. Kiri does not mean you. According to the Little Misfortune wiki, "kiri wa doko desu ka" means "where is the fog."
Indeed, 霧 kiri means mist or fog. Therefore it stands to reason that Hiro is asking 霧はどこですか kiri wa doko desu ka = where is the fog.
Morgo, not MArgo.
You made a few other errors and ommissions:
1) It's important to understand it is the game that feeds Morgo.
I hope there’s a sequel bc of the reason she was saved while the others weren’t
I fink its cute how Benjamin has grammatical errors in his dairy since he is a fox😂🥺
When we saw the missing children posters i saw one where we can see hiro without a mask
I really like it if there was a comic about adult misfortune and Benjamin just hunting parasites and demons.
