I need more practice and power training, to master how to landing in two feet in this Lotus kick. Also in Tornado Xuan Feng Jiao kick. But i have no problem in Flying Font Kick. I know someday, i can master the degree of difficulty of my Wushu Chang quan 1st set hehe😀😁 Jiayoo!!!
what do you teach in your master song kung fu online courses, is it videos and if it is what do you teach do you first start of with teaching flexibility then exercises and strengthen bones then later the fancy stuff if possible can you send a picture of what is inside master class
