Hello everyone, This video sharing with you a Jump/Acrobatics Kung Fu Foundation movement called Lotus Kick in Chinese Kong Zhong Wai Bai Tui 空中外摆腿，Kong Zhong means on the air, Wai Bai Tui means kick outside or kick like Lotus. Its trains our body flexibility and balance.

+Keung Kau Its a different kick, this called Lotus kick, in Chinese call Kong Zhong Wai Bai Tui. Tornado kick, curve running at left and Lotus kick, curve running at Right. hope this helps.
