I have literally just finished this and man it is fun. Getting 100 percent was a pain (rotten core and the 12.5 mil points) But it was a blast, plus getting the medal and 'special name' were an excellent bonus.
On the Lockdown Mission. There is Squibb's Mad Max Truck. Penny was Kidnapped inside the Truck. Take Caution and take out the truck and don't harm her.
you mean a side mission completely different from the real mission? in lockdown, the whole agency was locked up in a prison at the sahara, including penny. you had to rescue the agency and take down squib and uko and the same time.
