Sam and the guys are awesome, the cast iron frying pan and knives look top quality BUT DONT POUR HOT FAT OR OIL DOWN YOUR SINK because as soon as that fat and oil cools it will solidify and clog your drain and pipes!

Sam needs to go buy a lotto ticket after getting the membrane off in one go. This almost never happens lol.
Alternatively you can work the back of a spoon under a bone in the middle of the rack, grab the membrane and pull straight up. Works really well also.
