Get admission in some Canadian university and apply for spouse and dependents visa along with you. You will need good bank statement but chances are bright to get family visa with you. Your husband can work and apply for immigration after one year while you can still study freely.

Racism exist but at very minimal level and is mostly covert. Majority of Sikh community lives in Vancouver and they are really nice and friendly. The other Indians are also very nice in Canada just like other nationals. Actually its matter of place, when immigrants come to Canada, they have to integrate with the host society and must behave like Canadians who are friendly and soft.

Yes, you can go ahead. Australia is also a good destination for hitech. However, check Germany as well.

Germany is good in terms of quality of education, however, again it's a non English speaking country so you have to struggle in learning German language. Overall it's good especially in natural sciences and technology.

I have a couple of questions to ask regarding studying abroad.
1) I have degrees of 2 years B.A (Economics) , 2 years M.A (English), and then 2 years MBA (Marketing). Someone told me that I couldn't apply because I don't have any 4-year Degree program. Foreign countries don't accept 2 years Degree programs. In that case what can be done? Am I still eligible?
2) I am 33 years old. Would my age be an obstacle in applying?
Since you have two Master degrees, you're eligible for getting admission in PhD. Moreover, there is no age restriction in Canada and USA so go there.

My suggestion is to go to Canada. There are number of reasons I have already discussed in my videos. Canada is good for both, study and earnings while you're student, and after study you can enjoy a good quality life as well.
