It’s so humbling to spend 5 years playing GTA PvP, play beach and base, have a nearly 3kd and then come to red dead and get my ass handed to me in half my PVP encounters. I have a lot to learn but I’m all for it
Im not sure if you know this but there is an ability card that blocks one head shot. Meaning if a player shoots you and you have that card equipped, your hat will fall off instead of you dying, giving you another chance. Now if another player has that card equipped, it gives THEM a chance. I recommend you use the paint it black card and have the hat card equipped yourself but with the paint it black card, say another player has the hat card equipped, you can use your dead eye and mark 2 exes on their head. First shot from the x will knock the hat off and the second shot will kill em. 🫶🏻
You have to get used to the aiming system 1st. Then either get a slippery bastard build or a trinity tank build.

They are all under level 50 as well why do they even do it 🤣 almost the same thing happened to me just before the update.. I took a level 52s $11 player bounty and he kept coming back after over and over until I had killed him so many times he quit. I just wanted ten dollars on my way to Harriet 🤣

I understand being an extremely high level like 500 and up will invite the posses of griefers but I never understood the cheating in a 4-8 v 1 situation. I'm all for a fair uneven fight but having to cheat to defeat me is beyond weak.

The Griefers prob watch too to TRY and spot weaknesses but on-the-whole they all FEAR you lol. you have the option to hit a player when their on the back of your horse (just like an npc bounty) but only when they struggle. when you do it knocks them out and resets their stuggle progress. so everytime you have the option to hit the player do it and they'll never escape
I have only been playing online for 2 weeks and I had a posse blow up my wagon of goods and steal them I couldn't take them on I'm really lower level so I had to cut the console off so I wouldn't lose my stuff. Bruhcardi's posse are the ones that were grieving me
Tip To Try: Locate camp in gap tooth when you have a full wagon, load into game as FAR AWAY from camp as possible ( RockStar LOVE to put you where most players are in the area you log in.... great eh ! ). Fast travel to camp ( wilderness camp fast travel is a god send as only $1 to camp from anywhere ). Go in defensive mode but load up on explosives/incendiary. Do LOCAL delivery if alone ! That should help no end as most other players will be on the other side of the map :)

That was dumb of them. They get less materials blowing it up. If it was me and my posse we would've killed you and just took the wagon. You leaving usually doesn't end the mission so we get free and easy materials usually because everyone always leaves.
@@Mr_Mo-Jo_Risin i did this last night, do the long delivery gap tooth to macfharlenes ranch, but when i pass near armadillo my wagon keeps doing the 10x speed. till my delivery wagon destroyed. i know it helps to prepare yourself, but when modders and cheaters wants to messed with you. you just need to switch session.

I enjoy this, you are very good at pvp. I only focus on grinding when I get shot at i just take off and continue my mission. But I almost never get into fights tbh

I'm focusing on the collector role and collecting the card sets only managed to get the wand tarot cards I'm hoping to go for the rest of the cards but I feel like it's so time consuming even with my Norfolk Roadster!
@@GentlemanGaming1122 i suggest you use the collectors map you find it online, everybody uses it. But despite of how the dailies have been nerfed, it's still more logical to focus on gold first, than money. If last update tells us anything its that gold is about to become absolutely essential
Only started playing online yesterday.. so far almost every interaction has lead to people randomly attacking me for no reason.
Only one dude who was on some sort of mission with a wagon didn't attack me. I ended up defending his wagon when he got attacked.
Every time I see a player approach me now, I immediately draw and get ready to fight.

My friends like to troll tryhard player bounty hunters by staying near the water and using explosives.
The bounty hunter kills the target and then we destroy the body/make it impossible for the hunter to get it.

The free roam event trolls are so annoying. Instead of playing the event they only join to bother others. Had players lassoing me in trader route and leg. animal protection. Nothing is safe anymore.

Just last night my friends invited me to join them on killing some griefers. When I got in, it turned out to be a couple friends I was talking to only last week. They had joined with a crew called TFG and tried griefing us the whole night. It didn't work out well for them since our full posse and another teamed up on them.

I just thought of a mythbuster: can slow and steady dead eye card reduce fall damage. (I think it's called slow and steady if not then I'm talking about the deadeye card that makes you take much more damage
we tested it in an older episode. didn't work

Lol I took a player bounty, then was chased across the map for 30 minutes because i was 'griefing' funny part was they just died alot and wasted half an hour, they also paid the bounty to get out early and come after me. So it wasn't like they didn't know.

I know right? I've had a few encounters where they blew up my wagon, and the second I got two hits on one dude the whole posse left the game
@@hunterhutchings2784 When I was level 15, some hotshot level 42 player killed me once while I was on a tarot card hunt in the hut on open marshland north of Saint Denis. I killed him 3 times with loading block and he rage left the session. I swear level 30-80 players are worst about griefing because they can finally buy express ammo, the C96, and the Carcano that they think they’ve finally made it, only to still be heavily outclassed by a lvl 400+ player like at the beginning of the video in Rhodes.

Lol I remember I did the master archer challenge and barely anyone did it I won the challenge but everyone was fighting each other and some one tried to take me down but all they got was an arrow to head and they tried to melee me but using the bow in melee is an instant kill against any player and can't be blocked and I loved that they were so pissed
You could press circle to hit bounties to prevent them from escaping
