What a special experience to share with your mother! Had fun just watching you both! Love your usual work but these off the cuff adventures are pretty awesome too!
Man, that is beyond badass, nothing quite like the bond of a mother and son ❤ 1:52 dude you look METAL with the harness, your ancestors must be looking down like “ya my great great great great great great grandson got his looks from me 🗡️🛡️💪🏴🇬🇧🇮🇪
Ƿes hal. Loved the vid, mate! As the camera panned across that ancient landscape, I could not but help wonder about the countless stories that have unfolded there, the battles, the love affairs, the celebrations, the births, the deaths, the unconsolable grief, the tired, prickly, skin scratching satisfaction that comes with the knowledge that the last of the thatching to the new hus has been completed, that quiet moment when the herder stands in awe of the dying rays of Sunne lighting up the distant jagged ridgeline, as though a gold crown, against the heavy grey clouds an approaching mid summer's storm. We may have forgotten, but the land and the Gods remember still. Be well.
I really like the poetic description of your experience!
Well done both
