As an Arizonan, the idea that we would be flooded is a joke in itself we get like half an inch of rain a year in most of the state lol
I live in Phoenix and it was so flooded in the streets a month and a half ago that I wasn't able to drive home from work until it stopped pouring and the water drained but in general your right
