My first Spring/Summer using this. I have noticed a difference with some of my problem pools. Just trying to decide if I should sell a bottle to the customers that need it or just bump my rate up across the board by $5 and let them know I’m adding this new product. It’s a good product 👍
Thanks for the great real world feedback Bill! I purchase a bottle and leave it at the service account and invoice the customer for the cost of the product.
I’ve been using this product. But I have a question if you can answer it. I have a 40k gal pool so I add 4 caps full. Naturally the PSI goes up. If you use this weekly is it mandatory to backwash and renew the DE filter every week? Seems a bit much right?
Maybe in your case since your pool is so large go with the straight Pool Perfect. It is the PHOSfree that causes the PSI to go up. You cana get a seperate bottle of the PHOSfree and add a small dose of that when needed.
This is a great product. and i used it weekly. I was told this has a Water Clarifier as well, should i still use Super Blue Clarifier as part of weekly maintenance or its not necessary? Thanks
Hi David! Nikki from Arkansas here....is this better then the just pho’s free for my fiberglass pool? We get earth worms in it everytime it rains which has been a lot lately....
I have 315ppb phosphates. So obviously my chlorine is reading zero, ph/alkalinity is high (ph:8), cya a little low. Should I add all chemicals together or wait a day after eliminating the Phosphates to avoid waisting acid/chlorine?
Love your videos. I have been using this product for 10 years. I saw your video on Pool RX and was thinking of using that. Do they work together or is there no need for the RX since I'm using this already? 2 weeks ago my Salt Generator died and I don't plan on replacing it. It served me well for 10 years but replaced the cell 2 times and now the console fried out. I have been doing fine w/o it manually adding in Cal-Hypo and the pool perfect plus phos free. I keep the Free Chlorine at about 2 and the water is beautiful. Should I bother adding the RX to the mix? Adding the Cal-Hypo every 3 days equals about a 1lb for the week. I manually added the CYA in the beginning of the season bringing it to about 30 or 40pp.
Hi looking for help, we have an inground pool, vinyl liner, and salt chlorine generator. We have had black greasy stuff in summer for a few seasons but recently noticed same at water line in pool...any suggestions. Thanks for the videos they are great
This would be similar to the Orenda CV-700 and their Enzymes and Phosphate removers are excellent. I would say it is similar but not better in a direct sense.
The concentrated stuff is better for Pro use, but some guys use this for convenience vs cost. I like leaving a bottle at my service accounts and charging the customer's for it.
I love the natural chemistry brand. Always have good products

Swimming Pool Tips, Reviews & How To - SPL I think that’s a good idea. For this year I am leaning towards doing that way.
I've used that product for years. It works great.
Thanks for the great feedback! 👍

Swimming Pool Tips, Reviews & How To - SPL yes the phosFree usually ups the PSI. I’ll try just Pool Perfect alone.
Good video,.. hi, what do you recomend, to add it before backwash or after.? Thank you.
After.
@@SPL thank you.

Probably overkill.
Swimming Pool Tips, Reviews & How To - SPL thank you David!
If I use this product for weekly maintenance that doesn’t mean I have to clean my filters every week does it?
Negative. Just your regular cleaning cycle.

The Enzymes will help with the dead worms for sure. I recommend the blended formula for your pool. 👍

Add them together
I have a 28k gallon pool my CYA is around 100 can I still use this product or go with a POOLRX thank you for all your time and effort
Yes you can. You may want to use the 3" tablets sparingly to keep your CYA from increasing even more. The PoolRx is a good choice also.
What does it mean if I add this and the pool foams for a short period? Thanks
Overdose of enzymes. Try adding less.

If won't hurt to add a PoolRX. But if your pool is looking great already and is algae free it is not completely necessary.
@@SPL Wow that was fast! Thank you will leave it for now.
Is this pretty much the same as the Perfect Weekly from Leslies that costs twice as much?
Perfect Weekly is similar but not the same. This is a great product and you will be fine with it.

You can scrub the liner with the Pool Perfect on a sponge. It works well in getting that black line off.
Quit wearing tanning oil in it.
Is it better than Orenda?

How can I add this to a Venturi skimmer and not have most of it be pulled right back into the pool after pouring into the skimmer basket ?
I would have to see a photo of that.

Where can I send you a photo? 😀 I have pretty much based my pool maintenance off of your channel!
david@swimmingpoollearning.com - thanks for the great feedback! 👍
Dos i be netting dis fo dah bbb methed
This would be more for the home owner doing their own maintenance. This would not be cost effective for the professional service tech.
