  • This walk takes in the An Teallach ridge from south to north. Starting on the Shenavall path for a short distance before breaking north to the south top of Sail Liath. The ridge is a spectacular walk taking in the two munros Sgurr Fiona and Bidean a' Ghlas Thuill.
A super day with restricted views due to the fast moving, broken cloud. We dropped off the mountain to the north and picked up the Dundonnell path back to the car. Certainly one of the classic mountains in Scotland.

Hi Philip, Glad you enjoyed the more natural movie of An Teallach. Have settled on keeping the sound of the day on the movies as it certainly adds to the experience. Many thanks for watching. Cheers, Charlie.

Brilliant Charlie you caught this beauty at it's moody best. Amazing views with the cloud swirling. I've been lucky to get up there twice before but the third time with my son we had to turn back due to poor weather, hopefully I can get back up there with him one day. Thanks for sharing. Mick

Did this yesterday, Dundonell - Shenaval - Dundonell. Wind-less conditions and low broken cloud coming up the corrie. Unforgettable, and I'll be back.

More great filming Charlie. Slowly working my way through your collection of fine footage. Especially like the way you point out the route along the tops, using your finger with astounding accuracy. Ta Jim.

Magic Charlie. Another one in the top 3. I was lucky, I came out onto the road where you parked your car and a kind gentleman stopped and gave me a lift down to the mountain rescue building at Dundonell. Great watch mate cheers.

Yet another fantastic walk there, great camera work and narration. My brother and I did them about 3 years ago but in an anti clockwise direction. 🍻

This is one mountain I would like to climb but am worried about the technical difficulty. I've heard it is a grade 3 scramble on the ridge, although I didn't see you on any such terrain here. Did you use bypass paths?
