- There's been so many launcher releases throughout the Beyblade Burst series and it can get confusing sometimes if you're just getting started. Takara Tomy has definitely put more effort into making quality launchers than Hasbro, but Hasbro has a few hidden gems as well. For the people that battle exclusively with Hasbro products, watch through this video and hear our opinions on which ones you should try and pick up. You'd think that all Takara Tomy launchers will outclass Hasbro's, but you'd be surprised by the performance when they go head-to-head! It's nice being able to see the evolution of launchers from both brands as well. Which launcher is your all-time favourite?!

We excluded some launchers and this video was still pretty darn long...which launcher is your go-to?! Do you have one that you want to get? It was very enlightening being able to use so many Hasbro launchers back-to-back. It really changes your opinion on some of the launchers and you can see why they're such a big upgrade compared to the standard ones that come with starter kits. Almost everyone will say that all Takara Tomy launchers are better than Hasbro's instinctively, but this video gave us a new perspective on some of them. Let us know what you think of this video!

My experiences with launchers(without twisting them):
Og blue hasbro launcher:it was decent at the time but launch hard and the teeth will skip.
The powergrip:was awesome but teeth skipped after using for a while.
The switchstrike launcher:was good at the time but had the issue of the mechanism inside.
The dualthreat launcher:it was good but leftspin was kind of an issue and it wouldn't launch as well as rightspin. For some reason it broke for me and skipped.
The TT Lr string launcher(red):i was happy with it.it was way better than the hasbro dual threat.it broke after time passed and sometimes string got caught when changing spin. The retracable spring inside broke.
Victory valkryie LightLauncher:was better than the blue hasbro launcher n rarely skipped.
The hasbro turbo launcher:was very powerful and never had the issue with teeth skipping and launched beys way better than the switchstrike launcher.
The sword launcher from hasbro(red):was a powerful launcher but it broke after a day.
Never got the hasbro rise beys and switched to takaratomy stuff.
Achillles lr string launcher:was a bit better than the previous tt lr string launcher but broke after a while(the retractable metal strand inside)
Gt blue stringlauncher:worked well for a half a year till the metal retractable strand inside broke but i found out how to fix that issue n make it working again. Just less powerful for some reason.
Gt Left spin string launcher:a great launcher n still works fine to this day.
Long lightlauncher(drums launcher):felt great but had the issue of the piece inside the prongs wearing down or skipping.(took out the mechanism that stops the prongs and perfoms way better)
LongLightLauncher lr(venom diabolos):was good like dantes recolor but performed way better but still had the issue of the piece inside the prongs wearing down and took out the. Same piece that stops the prongs from spinning. Performs awesome.
Delta's black lr string launcher(master diabolos):was good but less powerful than the achilles lr string launcher.some beys would fall of prongs or get caught(still working)
The red sparking launcher:was a nice powerful launcher.broke after 3 months like the previous string launcher except I didn't have the issue of the string being ripped to shreds due to taking out the white piece inside near the front that causes that issue.fixed it and replaced the string with a thin long strong from something and its the most powerful launcher I have today.
Hasbros sparking launcher:still works and is the best hasbro ripcord launcher to date.
Variant lucifer sparking launcher:was way better than the red sp launcher n took out the white piece but rarely use it after modding my red sparking launcher.
Currently stuck in sparking xD

Man, I missed when TT made powerful ripcord launchers.
Same.
TT used to make them back in the dual/single layer burst days because the beys were light enough to not kill the launcher gears. Now the gears will just die because of the weight.

I remember I threw my shoulder out trying to get used to the Sword Launcher when it first came out. That's still a badass launcher.

Thank you so much, just what I needed as I am getting some tt launhcers and I have always been using Hasbro because it is in my stores. THX so frickin much. You have no idea how much this vid helped me.
In general, TT's launchers were WAY better than Hasbro's at the start. However, Hasbro caught up with their basic Hypersphere and SpeedStorm launchers, their (Blue) Blade Launcher, Riptide Blast launchers, and their Sparking launcher. They got way better as time went on. I still say TT is the best with launchers, but Hasbro got way more potential, nowadays, in the launcher department. The Dual Threat launcher will be re-released during QuadDrive, by the way.
Quadrive is the English name for db
Hasbro never caught up XD... but hey that's just my opinion, my experiences with the dual threat launcher were completely sh*t, it kept getting stuck inside and i ended up replacing it with an LR long launcher from Cho-Z Achilles, i then got Sparking Launchers and now Full Custom DB launchers and i don't think i'll ever get any other launchers ever again... tbh i don't think the DB ones i have will break XD
@@Denielle-V Considering that you never actually experienced most Hasbro launchers, of course you would think they did not catch up. Give some of the newer ones a whirl and you will see the massive improvement. Plus TT Sparking launchers are less durable than Hasbro's, and the TT string launchers also get caught in gears and such at times. TT also has those issues. It is not just Hasbro.
@@DeRez19 1: i have pro series launchers but compared to Sparking and Dynamite Launchers, Pro Series Launchers are just not worth using full time
2: I never experienced Sparking launchers getting caught inside the gears because it is literally impossible for them to do so, plus i know how to fix my own launchers because i did so with one after i had to replace a part
3: when is said that Hasbro never caught up i meant that by the time they make something relatively "good", Takara already has something else that is fifty times better so Hasbro is just not work buying just for the launchers
4: Hasbro will never have better launchers than Takara, sure some of them like the Pro Series ones are good but what's the point in using them when Dynamite launchers exist, Dynamite launchers if taken good care of will never break nor will they ever get slightly damaged in the first place, when Hasbro finally gets their sh*t together and make something as good that, then feel free to notify me

Hasbro's Sparking Launcher is my favorite. So powerful, LR, and it seriously sparks. Plus it is comfortable and easy to handle. What more could I ask for? It is definitely Hasbro's best Ripcord launcher by far.
Man I want it but have to buy Victory Valtryek to get it :/

I would agree if mine didn’t have its inner gears worn down with like 2 months use. I don’t crank my beys or anything but this one ended up being the most comfortable and consistent to use, yet the quickest to go out on me. I don’t know about other peoples experience.

The supergrip launcher holds a place in my heart because it was my first burst launcher
Personally my fav is tt superking they're super sick aesthetically and also very powerful. The Hasbro sparking is pretty strong too. But honestly the best one is the newest db power launchers. Not only are they super powerful, they also have the string length equivalent to the long Bey launcher. On another note one time I made a double launcher by tying together a pro series launcher and Hasbro spark launcher with an old pair of headphones. Unfortunately I took it apart to show a friend how it's done and haven't been able to do it again 😅 oh well.
I also did a test like this but just the BeyLaunchers only. A launcher passes the test if it can activate all of Cho-Z Spriggan's burst stoppers.

My go to launcher is definitely the DB launchers. Given what I have, they are the strongest in my current collection and are the most versatile. They've had a couple of performance issues, but I've been able to repair them with the parts I've been stocking up on XD I also went and fixed the catching issue where a DB bey would get stuck on the launcher by making separate left and right spin units. That also inspired me to make metal fight compatible spin units. So now it's an all-in-one launcher for me.
In my opinion if they used the same bey it would've been better so we can actually see how good is the launcher

the bey that I usually used in bey tournaments are cho-z spriggan, geist Fafnir, brave Valkyrie, perfect dangerous Belial, and rage/guilty Longinus

No OG launchers? Hahaha, I was taking one of my 2010 launchers apart to see if I could modify it, and I needed a video to find out where the spring was supposed to go after it exploded in my hands. Then I saw this video! I'm surprised that beyblades are still around! I used to play with them when I was like, 6. It's wild to see how much things have changed.

Hey baby! I used to and still kinda do, have alot of has to beys and I found out you can attach launchers together so you actually get a grip on your launcher!
Lolll a few years ago i had the supergrip launcher and it was the best launcher me and my brother had. We always used to argue over who gets lol. i eally loved that launcher because it reminded me of the string launcher because of the way you could launch it.
I broke a window with a hasbro light launcher. Funny how something that weighs literally nothing can break a double-pane window. I think TT really nailed it with their light launchers.

I got an unbranded dual threat string lancher from beys and bricks. Only grip is it doesnt hold the sling shock blade breaker remakes, but holds DB and speed storms fine

I have the dark blue and green light launcher. I love those, yet i lost one of the black ripcords. Im kinda torn about this since they were and still are my only and first launchers. Im so used to those and ill probably never forget the fun I've had with them, but it is how it is, you gotta move on...
You could actually use the first gen Hasbro light launcher for left spin if you put the ripcord in the other side.

The precision strike launcher well you can actually crank it for a little while and if you do so the launch will be more stronger cause it has the most strongest spring inside

the first generation blue launcher is both left and right all you have to do is switch the side of the string
It’s important to note that the sparking launchers are not very durable
its not intended but you can use the blue hasbro light launcher for left spin if you put the ripcord in from the other side

Explain Hasbro's LR Sparking launcher, Blade Launchers, and their Duel Threat launchers, then... those are great. Plus TT's Sparking launcher was proven to be less durable than Hasbro's AND it only launches in one spin direction compared to Hasbro's. Might I add that even their basic Hypersphere and SpeedStorm launchers are solid. You have to admit that Hasbro won quite a few points in this department.
