Summer looks so fun and beautiful there with you all :) Wish I could live in a forrest like that, nearby a lake. It's my life long dream to live IN nature. I do know what you mean about a lot of things happening. I also do get exhausted very easy. Even after going to the village/city to get food or something. And celebrating birthdays or winter solstice or something is super fun, but I get totaly drained and need a few days to recover from it. Sometimes even a whole week. Getting balanced again is a hard job sometimes. It's a good thing fun is so fun ;)

I'm from Canada and regarding your strawberries they should be transplanted in the ground for winter otherwise they will not survive now you have them above ground for summer that is fine but please put them in the ground in the fall otherwise you will lose them. I agree with Kalle - no cows, even though they give milk and munch down that grass you worked so hard to cut. But there is a simpler solution - buy a few goats that are of hardy stock and can last the harshest winters and they to can be milked for full creamy solutions to your everyday meals and teas and coffee's. If I were you I'd seriously have a chat to Kalle about them and see the benefits of owning them. Cheers the noo Christine .

Can I get some work in Sweden....in Europe (like farming type)...is it possible?
I'm in the US but my mother-in-law was half Norwegian. She used to use a few phrases and one that I've continued to use when speaking to my cats (!) is (phonetically) is 'Fesh-a-goo'. She said it means like 'here you go' when serving food. It must be Swedish too because you used it when asking your dogs to jump into the car. Jonna Jinton used it too in one of her videos. Am I using it correctly? I don't want to teach my cats incorrectly! ;)
Oh that is a good question, you’re rarely thinking about those phrases you are using in those situations.
I had to search in my video for the word. I use the word værsgo or værsågod (Norwegian), I think you can say this in both Danish, Swedish and Norwegian. And it is correct that you say that, when you are serving food as well.
And "here you go" is the right English translation, which I am a bit impressed that you figure that out ☺️ - I learned something new today 😅🙈

Concerning the plants, is it lavender that you had next to your seat in the car?....if yes, how do you manage the keep it ''get through the Swedish winter. In Israel i could understand that it would survive since we bearly have no winter at all . I'm very curious about the acclimatation skills of fruits trees and lavender or rosemary.

Hey Christine!! I make creamsicles with those little molds 🥰 to make it look extra professional you only have to make some melted chocolate, put it in a deep bowl so the chocolate sauce is a few centimetres deep, and then dip the whole of the creamsicle in it, when you pull it out it’ll settle in seconds and will be completely smooth and flawless! 😉
Yes I use to do that 🙈 But the chocolate I use this time became very thick, so I had to put it on with a spoon.
