I got to travel in Europe with my
mom for three months during the summer I turned twenty. That was forty three years ago!
My most favorite time was the two weeks we spent in Rattvick Sweden
for mid summer. I also loved Denmark where we stayed on a dairy farm and also in Copenhagen for a few days. That was my once in a lifetime trip to Europe and it was so special, especially having that memory with my mom.
When I see all the beauty you and Kalle share near your cabin
and those rolling mountains I feel as I did all those years ago.

Looking into snippets of your life is like looking into the future I want for myself. Sometimes I wonder if I could deserve to not just have that, but to be able to share it with a man that I feel so connected to. My family is from Sweden and I feel a deep connection to that land and the sea. Can my heart be calmed like that? I have purpose in my life and a place that I fit, yet I know there is more waiting for me out there. Your story, your energy, inspires me to keep hoping.

Ouh, it's so nice that you address the womans menstruation! You know I've been observing for years that more and more (especially young) women are really having a hard time and struggle with it. And I never believed it was normal but more like showing if your body needs to detox or not. I guess the reason behind the pain is that modern daily life is not really that healthy anymore. I'm glad I've found with you someone that I can send to my friends who are having those issues!

Christine, I just joined your Women's Circle, and actually cried a little because it feels like a step in the right direction. As you may know, the USA healthcare system isn't very good and I have spent 30 years fighting for my wellness with no answers other than what I have gathered from knowledgeable women who have walked the path, too. I found you via Jonna, and then through Kalle, and am so happy to meet you!!

Ser framemot fler videos. saknar mitt land s[ mycket när jag ser dem! Jag växte upp på landet så jag känner igen mig mycket i det jag ser. Bor i Australien just nu med min Au pojkvän och efter dessa 3 åren uppskattar jag verkligen hur fria vi verkligen är i Sverige........

Hej Christine! Du är virkelig en frisk fläkt (a breath of fresh air)! 😍 Blir altid lika lykkelig när jeg ser att du postat en ny vlog. 🤩 Dina videos är så smukke. Fantastisk så meget som har hänt i ditt liv på et år! ✨ Du ser ut som sinnebilden for sundhet - HÄLSA (jag har jobbat bland annat som friskvårdspedagog)! Tycker även det är härligt att se hundene, jag har ju selv en 1-årig collie. Mysigt också med det traditionella midsommarfirandet.🌿 Så fantastiskt fint din väninna sjöng den där celtic song. 🌟 Min bedstemor og bedstefar hade en bondgård (a farm) på Österlen och när jag var børn brukade jag plocka 7 sorters blommor där och lägga under huvudkudden...!! 🌸🌼🌷
2011 började jag studera medicinsk yoga (är baseret på kundalini yoga). Det var såklart både praksis & teori. Det som inträffade i vår gruppe på cirka 15 kvinder, var att flera av dem plötsligt fick tillbaka sin menstruation efter att inte ha haft det på flera år!! Var precis som om deras kroppar "föryngrades"! Sedan är det ju så att yoga direkt påverkar kirtler med mera i kroppen. (Tyvärr fick jag hoppa av utbildningen efter en termin då jag blev diagnostiserad med bindvävssjukdomen EDS). Det är säkert många kvinder som lider mycket helt i onödan, du har sikkert helt rätt där. Du behövs verkligen, Christine! Keep up the good work! Kram från Ditte i Skåne 🤗

I was never taught about menstruation in my school. Despite going to an all girls school I don't remember a time when we were taught about our cycle. Which is why I am grateful for my mum who told me that all the symptoms i'm feeling is normal and how to prepare. You are doing an incredible job Christine keep it up!!

I absolutely love this video. The music, the scenery, the story. It’s so nice that you seem so balanced with nature compared the stress of modern life. I love how you and Kalle really just tell it honestly the way it is, in terms of how nice it is to live where you do but also the struggles you’ve faced along the way transitioning into life in the cabin and Forrest. You’ve got a life that most of us can only dream of 🌲🌿🍁💚. When I watch these lovely videos I just feel I can sit back, pause to catch my breath and pop the stresses of modern life on hold .

It shows that you have found a balance and I locked something on you. Congrats on creating the women circle too !
