Is a game changer !
Get a spray bottle and put mostly vinegar and some water (80/20) and spray it in the areas where you see ants. It works! I use it all the time. You'd have to keep spraying at least every other day just to prevent them from coming back. Any bugs hate vinegar.

how long do your press ons last you? mine only last a couple days :( I'm a busy mommy washing dishes and cleaning and they just never last me as much as i would like.
Around a week ! I recommend you use a gel base coat instead of glue. It will last 2-3 weeks :)

Have you noticed a difference using red light?
Yes! the biggest difference I’ve seen is with redness. I usually get little bumps all over my forehead and have noticed it’s been helping a lot 🤍
