Yay! Just be aware that most blankets don't start with working on both sides of a foundation chain. You may want to watch these videos for additional help: ua-cam.com/video/VupUnYixg7M/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/8691fJR-C5c/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/ejokzy01goM/v-deo.html
A quick question. So the pattern I'm working on says "16sc on 7 ch". Would I just add an extra stitch on each end to achieve this or is there another technique?
I'm not sure what they mean by that, but probably. They should spell out where they want the stitches done. Have you written the designer to ask for clarification? My guess is that you work 3 sc in each end chain and 1 in each side of the other chain stitches.
@@EdieEckman Yeah I wrote the designer initially asking about it but they just sent me a link to a different UA-cam video, one without any commentary so I couldn't tell what was going on. I went ahead a tried adding an extra stitch in like I questioned and it seems to look correct, or at least correct enough. Thanks for the reply.
Thank you very much for this video, but despite everything I tried, I just can’t understand why my 2 rows are separate and not stick together like yours, I’m loosing my mind over it lol
