I was so excited to get a clean version of me singing this Sondheim classic. The song in which my name came from. But like Elaine herself in her final years, I went up on the Lyrics. I'm still so pleased with this performance from Sophisticated Ladies April 27th at Feinstein's/54 Below.

I thought it was quite good, I don't think most people get Joanne, being divorced she feels like she doesn't really fit in, and is kind of bitter she doesn't, what is hiding behind her sarcasm. I think its kind of dated because women went from lunching and going to plays and pta to careers so its misunderstood.
