Murky snowing soot. Burning bushes. The plague's miasma haunting the streets. Infected looters patrolling every alley. Pure & total chaos. There aren't many games that comes close to this kind of chaotic, nightmarish environment other than Silent Hill, Cry of Fear and Afraid of Monsters.

When you enter a store during quarantine and you don’t have a mask and everyone decides to be a little extra “coughy” today and get closer than you like.
A mask doesn’t protect you so much as it protects everyone around you. The mask is unlikely to protect you from a cough if they weren’t wearing one, since you don’t need to inhale anything to get sick from it.

does this actually play anywhere in the main game? in my playthrough of patho 2, infected districts had a bizarre growling noise instead of this music
it sounds like a remix of mad mother earth, which plays when you meet the Rat Prophet.
