cerebral palsy & able

Just because I have cerebral palsy, it doesn’t mean I’m disabled. It doesn’t mean that I’m the one that always needs help. I admit there’s things that are difficult for me to do and sometimes I ask for help but I also love helping others. I always take my neighbor to her doctor’s appointment and anything else she needs help with. I’m happy to help because I’m very ABLE to help.
